Took 15 mins to order because kiosks were down then 12 mins to get my frosty. When I asked politely if it was coming soon the manager or supervisor rudely snapped at me that she could serve it liquid to me if I didn't want to wait longer.

Loved the taste of ice cream. It's also on sale and the medium size is about $1. Has two different flavors. I tried both and like both. Sure I'll visit them again and absolutely recommend to others.

Absolutely love that they do burgers in the morning! Ordered through the mobile app and received the order precisely on time. The staff seemed a little disorganized but kind nonetheless. I found the whole situation comical tbh.. the spicy chicken was juicy & delicious and fries were crispy and tasty.. this will be my next go to place for burgers and fries. Based on the other reviews i would probably continue to schedule my orders through the mobile app to avoid wait times.

Right on the subway line, in a convenient and new shopping complex. Always a clean location that has the self-serve order kiosks and the Coca-Cola freestyle machines. Lots of seating in the dining room. Has an entrance from the street, or inside the shopping complex right up the escalator from the TTC.

I like Wendy's and their food, used to eat at the York University one quite often. For this location however, there may be a lineup or it can be a bit emptier, but you'll still have to wait a bit for your food. I don't mind as I'm not in a rush when I pass by, but keep that in mind if you're hungry. There isn't really another fast food place in the building so most people come here. Most of the staff is pretty cool but some are apathetic and will just put your lemonade on the counter without saying anything. That's fast food for you.My main issue though, is that it is hard to find a clean table. I don't like to eat on the subway especially since we're still wearing masks, so it would be nice to sit down before riding again. The washroom door is locked and it's not visible from the staff counter, so it's really inconvenient to ask, especially if there is a lineup. I always like to use the washroom and wash my hands before eating, but I can't be bothered. Thankfully I always carry wetnaps on me (you can get a box of them in the Dollarstore on the next floor). Regardless, I can only imagine how dirty the tables are due to that as well.

Ordered baconator breakfast combo. Lots of sunshine in the morning, nice place for breakfast.

Been there many times, noone cares about delivery people, their behaviour show everything. My food was ready and put on the side, she says wait, doesn't want to check, I am asking how much longer should I wait? They just realized there is Skip order and started to make it. I am serving your customers, people that purchase from you, not for myself!!

Pretty good food, especially the burgers. They will give a lot of other burger joints a run for their money. Only concern is that wait times can be long but I understand that is not their fault. This location can be very busy and gets a hectic at times, so I wouldn't take anything personal. The employees are always working as hard & fast as they can.

The worker would refuse to put on gloves going back and forth between cash and touching food directly, her hands were literally touching everyone's fries. I asked nicely a couple of times to put on gloves, she gave me a silent death stare both times. Lack of training and respect just ruins the experience. I don't wanna be a Karen about this but COVID people!... COVID!

This restaurant became dangerous. I visited a restaurant yesterday and witness a guy, thief, in blue jacket walked around the table checking people at the tables. There was an Asian male asleep at the table, near cashier, was was robbed from food by the above-mentioned male. I witnessed it myself and was shocked by it. I started to feel unsafe and worried by belongings at the table while picking up ordered food. I went to staff and reported the incident. However, the staff ignored my complaint and report. The guy also stole drink from the maxhine by pouring water in his personal bottle whike staff watxhed and has done nothing to stop it. There were other dangerous males outside, at tge entrance to the restaurant and the above-mentioned male joined them.I personally witnessed the same male stealing from Loblaws downstairs prior coming to Wendy's.I realized that Wendy's restaurant became unsafe and dangerous due to Marijuana stored oped on the second floor of Empress Walk Mall and drugged addicted people started to congragate around the mall and Wendy's recently.
