This is my first time here at this location, I am not sure if it is because it is "busier than usual" or maybe some technical issues, but it looks like their fulfillment of orders are very disorganized. There was a customer waiting over 20 minutes for his mobile order - which I think they missed, a few Uber delivery people waiting a long time for their pickups, it took a while for them to notice me to take my order. I had to ask if I can order instead of them automatically asking me to just wait a little bit. They're scrolling through a large list of orders on their screen and couldn't figure out which ones they were working on and which ones were complete. The associates are casually walking about, working on orders in the wrong order. Maybe they should pause their online ordering system if they can't fill their in person and drive through orders in an appropriate time. Otherwise, my food was good and fresh. Their washroom is clean and tidy.
THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. PAMELA THE CASHIER IS ONE OF THE RUDEST OLD LADYS I HAVE EVER MET. RIDICULOUS.
The service at the drive thru on May 2 around 11:30pm was terrible. Food was ok but service needs work. There are better ways to communicate and interact with customers.
The girl taking the drive through orders has a serious attitude problem. she is snippy every time i’m ordering as if i’m annoying her like please get a grip or get another job.
I normally wouldn't have any complaints, but the reason for a 1 star for this location because of the lack of transparency. On April 20th around 4 pm,I went through their drive thru and the representative did not show me the interac terminal display (to show me the total I am paying) nor did she state the total at the window; They just put the machine in distance for me to tap. I tapped it and a couple minutes later she led me to believe it did not go through. The rep then presented me the terminal again to tap. I recieved no receipts in the bags when I got home and I checked my account this morning to realize they charged me the prior customers meal and then charged me mines. $16.70 for the fist customer and $32.50 for myself. it wasn't too busy for this type of hiccup to occur and it feels almost as if the representative did this to clear up her mistake of not charging the prior customer properly. Lesson learned. I will head inside the restaurant should I visit this location again, where I can see a terminal total and see what I am paying for.
Wendy's burgers are the best fast food burgers in my opinion. This is a nice location that usually didn't mess up the orders but lately they've messed up the drive through order 2 times and that's why the 3 stars.
Great Wendy’s. Quick service, consistent food, friendly staff. The sole reason I am writing this comment is because the automated drive-thru message is possibly the stupidest automated message in the history of recorded media. “Welcome to the Wendy’s, how are you today?” There are zero circumstances in which an automated message that cannot reply should ask you how you are doing. It leaves the customer sitting there not knowing how to respond, or saying fine, and you? And then having the actual person pipe in asking you what you would like.Skip the middle man or fix the message. There is no excuse for this.
Ever since I was a preteen I've been coming to this location. I've seen it all here.Salad bar, prior to the renovation, before the Coke Freestyle, before the Baconator, when they carried the Spicy Baconator, before they offered Vanilla Frosties.This is the most consistently good location in the city. Amazing drive-thru service.
Eveytime I order from this wendys my frosty is either missing or the wrong size. Then when I ask for a side of bacon (for my animals so I can eat in peace) for some odd reason they put the bacon on my burger. IF I WANTED A BURGER WITH BACON I WOULD ORDER ONE. I wish I could post this with no stars. Some of this may be rushing but a good part is stupidity.
I always go to Wendy's when very hungry always get the triple burger very filling but the spicy chicken is my favorite but warn you it's very hot hot hot, food is great here for fast food staff friendly..
