Had the rare beef and beef ball and it was delicious, everything tasted fresh and the broth was flavorful. Also ordered the beef cold rolls, spring rolls and the honey chicken wings everything tasted fresh and delicious and service was fast and friendly. Got the brown sugar milk tea to take home and was also great. Will definitely be back again.
For this price! See the meat in picture .. thats 50% of total beef inside. Very bad quality and cheap material used. FANCIER BOX does not mean better food. I ate pho in many restaurants in toronto but this was unacceptable. I dont know other comments where they took those pictures.
Their prices went up $3, understandably with the pandemic but they make some of my most favourite dishes so I still buy. Mostly ordered online without any issues. Plus they're always open late which is super convenient

When I first opened the take out box everything looked very very fresh and appetizing. Good amount of toppings, everything spread out nicely.2. Smell: 10/10 ⭐️ Very pleasant smell of marinated beef, pickled vegetables and fish sauce. Absolutely zero complaints, made my mouth water when I first smelled it. I could tell everything was made fresh.3. Taste: 10/10 ⭐️ Beef was very tasty, marinated in a delicious sauce, I wish there was more of it in the dish! Noodles themselves have no flavour so when you mix it with sauce + veggies + beef it brings together the whole new delicious experience and flavours! Nothing tasted off , I was truly surprised with how balanced all the flavours were!4. Been going to this location since 2007. Used to be great but not is so bad. Rude waiter, prices went up ridiculously and now they charge $3 for a small side soup which used to be free and $1 for a to go box. $3 for side soup I would understand because businesses are having a hard time but why the hell would you charge for a to go box? I’m guessing the owner change. Waiter said nothing is free anymore I guess they would rather lose customers. Never coming back here again. I hope they realize that they are not the only Vietnamese restaurant here in Toronto.
TLDR: Bad food, poor ordering system with phone asking for too much info and no confirmation, and staff who swear at you in Vietnamese with no follow up from complaints made on social and website. Even if it’s late, you’re better off going hungry.
As an Uber driver I get to see many restaurants in the city. As I work, I write down the ones which I think I would like and later return to try them out. Toronto Pho did not disappoint! I ordered the mango and tofu salad. Ingredients were super fresh, flavours were magnificent, the tofu was firm and crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Aside from the great meal I had, the gentleman who worked here provided some excellent customer service. I ordered my food for take out and sat in my car to eat it. He saw me sitting in my car and brought out a glass of ice water, and some napkins. I will definitely return to this place, particularly this location on Jane Street!
The best PHO in the town! I always come here to eat with my family. 10/10 for the taste!
