I went there in middle of my shift because I wanted coffe and they gave me steep tea. why would I order coffee if Ineed tea. and yeah I was only customer there
I ordered the week special from the store, but when check out there an error, I couldn’t use the week special coupon, so I ask one of the employees if she can still give me the same price. Since there’s a line up and she’s not in the mood to wait for me, I decided to seek help with online service. The online customer service said the store manager would contact me soon, and that was one month ago.

There's a big and sharp plastic debris in the Sausage Fiesta Farmer's Breakfast Wrap i bought this morning....... I got lucky that i chewed slowly. Otherwise, my teeth, my tongue, even my throat and stomach would be cut by it and it will cause serious injury. I don't know the food is prepared in this store or it's packed already from the delivery centres but this is a food safty issue!!! So disappointed and unhappy about it. What if i have swallowed some of the plastic debris without noticing?! I feel sick already

I went into the Tim Hortons inside metro this morning like usual to get my sandwich in my coffee there’s two ladies that work in there I believe one is the Spanish lady and the other one Guyanese Trini lady from what I could see it looks like they hate their jobs they don’t like being there they don’t like being told anything not even your order they give you the nastiest attitude they look at you like with disgust and they don’t listen when you put it when you place your order do the training or Guyanese lady hasn’t dirtiest mouth starts Using vulgar language and yelling at you the Spanish lady has nasty attitude again if they don’t like the jobs they should get a better one because they’re there to serve the public not to give them attitude and this is the type of food that they serve the people kind of nastiness is this place should either close down or change the staff with all the bad reviews they have . I don’t recommend anybody to attend this place their food is nasty and the baked goods not baked are not even baked there so they’re cold and hard even the coffee taste cold from what it looks like these ladies are doing whatever they want in this place the only good employee there that’s nice and attentive and does what she supposed to be doing it’s a Filipino lady Employee she’s always smiling treating you with respect but the other two they should attend some classes of manners and language or find a new jobLook at the sandwich it’s a mess the egg is not cooked right and I asked them for bacon egg and cheese and they gave me bacon egg sausage and cheese and that’s what I mean
I ordered a breakfast egg sandwich and specifically mentioned to the rep that I wanted just a tiny bit of mayonnaise and butter. I received my order and made my way home only to notice that the sandwiche was soaked with butter and mayonnaise. The bag itself was dripping. I went back, and at this point I've already wasted 20 minutes of my time and complained. I couldn't believe just how disgusting this sandwich was.
I have had wrong order given several times. The only reason I go there is because it’s the closest location to me. I understand you are busy and it can happen sometimes but several times it’s just negligence.
Worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever visited. I’ve not been informed they don’t have the product I ordered in App until I spent half an hour getting there and they wouldn’t give me refund. I got nothing but wasting my time and money. In addition, very rude attitude. Extremely disappointed.
