Most of the employees at this location are generally friendly and attentive, even if they are a bit slow. There is one short Chinese lady with glasses (everyone else seems to be Filipino or East Indian) who is cold and rude regardless of my politeness. You get maybe a nod, but never more. This is usually followed by over poured coffee, Boston creme's wrapped in so much wax paper that it tears all of the chocolate off, or some other form of micro aggression. She seems to find her voice, smile, and manners for other customers. We are a welcoming country and our diversity is one of our strengths. Not sure why people come here thinking they are above serving people of different races. I don't usually let this sort of thing bother me, but it's been consistent....
Had the same horrible experience at this location! I understand things can be difficult at times but this place is the worst of all the Tim Hortons I’ve been in.
App wasnt working but they were good enough to help me and honor app deal. Its a grab and go Tims..busy! Use the app to avoid line up!
There was a Filipino lady who was working this morning (Wed. Dec 1st 2021 at about 5:30am) and she has the biggest chip on her shoulder. God knows how she got this job. This was the worst customer service that I have every received. She was extremely impatient and ill mannered. I do understand that it can get busy but that is no excuse to be rude to customers. People like her should not be working the frontline. Her behaviour was utterly repulsive. Management needs to pay close attention to who they hire to represent their company. I will not be visiting this Tim Horton's again under any circumstances.
A very slow service location, line up all the way outside the door, you need more then 30min to get what you want at this location. I wouldn't recommend this location if your in a rush.
Worst store ever. Some staffs are extremely undertrained. They don’t know how to order some of the items on the system. Just told me I can never do that with a very bad attitude and directly called the next customer in line without any apologies. If you wanna get the feeling of backing to school, being a student and being given a lesson from their staff, WELCOME to this store then.

I just bought a coffee here and there is no coffee in it. It literally tastes like water and milk. I can't even smell the coffee. This is ridiculous

For a branch next to a major highway, it's dismal. They have no breakfast in the morning with only one staff member doing everything; they didn't even have muffins or doughnuts. A colossal waste of time when you're trying to get the day started.As well, horrible customer service and the managers are disrespectful liars. When leadership is like this, I cannot expect much from the crew. Highly disorganized. A lot of movement with very little getting accomplished. Staff is not mindful and with poor listening skills. I've only received 1/10 of my order correct only for the attempt at correction also needing to be corrected.
