Probably the worst tim hortons I've ever been to. The staff are always extremely slow. There's always a ridiculous line in the gas station. They are never really organized and seem to be understaffed at times
It was most unfortunate to witness the manager or the person in charge is being very very rude and unprofessional to the employees. Male in his 20s. Apparently something happened and he was communicating with the employees in a different language. But from the tone it was obvious that he was angry. At the end he raised his voice and said if this happens again he will send them home while there were customers. I could see the embarrassment in their face. No employee has to go through this.
Worst customer service in Tim’s inside Circle K. A rude girl was working there today in the evening. Waited 10+ min for an order. Know nothing about customer service. Taking all the mobile order but do not cared about customers in the line. Plus the place was understaffed. Worst experience.
Is a Tim hortons inside a gas station convinence store. But anyway the services is good, and they have most of the variety of products but of course not all of them because it is small.
This location has almost all the menus options. I recently tried the harvest breakfast which was really good. The only downside is that one of the gentlemen who seems to be a supervisor is not nice. In addition, whenever they are training someone new they take very long. It would be nice if they do the trainings after 10 am when people are not in a rush for work or school.
Horrible service the wedges were smelling and burnt she said she couldn’t make a new one or refund because it was from points I was ready to wait. And she didn’t put caramel in my latte. The wedges were edible. She had a lot of attitude and was rude about it.
Everyday coffee before work ;) wake up my mind on the way to the office. The good thing is they are so efficient to shorten the time when you wait for the damn coffee.
The weight is too long. Too many people working behind there and not knowing what to do and it's surprising how you can still get the wrong order, although they punch in the right things that you are telling them
Very rood staff. I asked for two step teas and one hot water and she told me she is going to charge a regular tea for that. Although I was willing to pay for the cup which is only 0.25$. She said she has been working for 11 years. Don’t know how she kept her attitude with this job.
Absolute joke of a store, want a single coffee? Be prepared to wait 5+mins god help you if you want food.
