Went to get a coffee but a nice young lady offered me one for free on her app, it is my day made by her generosity, but I have to say the washrooms in this Tim Hortons needs cleaning and attention, it's been messy day by day,

Cashier need more training in taking order. I specifically ordered croissant bacon egg MEAL with coffee. I added muffin on the side. When i get home, no hash brown. I called them about it and blaming me i didnt tell them i want hash brown. The cashier automatically substitute my hash brown with the muffin which in the first place I didn’t tell them to substitute it. I specifically said meal and a muffin on the side. They need to learn how to take order and listen carefully to the customer order. Dont assume and change the side of an order.
I usually go to this place. Iove the staff there so friendly .I like to share a senerio that took place with me on January 31 2022, I accidentally used my Mastercard on the counter and sat on table drinking my cofee and left it there .when I went home looking for my master card couldn't find it .Right Away I called the Tim's at barthurst and finch A girl name shruti found it and kept for me safely I went there to get it because it was in safe hands .I always get treated well .love the location the staff. THANKS TO SHRUTI WONDERFUL GREAT JOB.

Date of Review: November 27 2021I ordered the cream of broccoli soup via SkiptheDishes on Nov 27 and the broccoli felt & tasted like I was chewing through paper. I ate most of it because of hunger, but I won't be ordering again.The only drinks and foods worth it from them via delivery is the bacon cheese melt, ice capps, choc dip donut & muffins. Their food quality has gone down since the start of the 2020.
Finchhurst plaza is my go to place for coffee. Too bad some of the team members, especially managers seem to not know what they are doing. One person cant remember her name but starts with B i think lied about being manager. This was according to my friend. owners should think hard about their new manegment team. 10 years customer bidding farewell.
One old woman staff is rude to customers and her team. I always hear her shouting everytime I go there UNPROFESSIONAL
This Timmy's is always full of people and lots of loiterers, it's not exactly very welcoming to people who want to dine-in. And for some reason there's always a big lineup, so I tend to stay away from this location. A Tim's is a Tim's, so the generic semi-decent food and drinks are present here. But the environment is just rather unpleasant.
Filthy! Overflowing garbage inside the store. You don’t want to see how gross the washroom is. Yuck!
