Baked goods ❌❌❌They keep pouring the honey on the dry tea bag ( Should be:1st some hot water, then add honey, insert the tea bag and then hot water)... LAST 10 consecutive, and they have been notified, yet no improvement. DISCOMBOBULATING.TIM HORTONS HAS GONE DOWN HILL SINCE the city opening back up after the LOCKDOWNS.
If it's drive through only it should say drive through only. Not two signs, one that says Tim Hortons and another that says drive through. Owner lacking common sense.

drive thru people rushed me, couldn’t even put my card in my wallet and they’re telling me “bye bye”. extremely disrespectful, treated me like a dog. you’re better off going to mcdonald’s down the street. or parking and walking into the tim’s at the mall. customer experience is disgusting. they yell at you through the speaker and then wave their hands out the window at the last second to abruptly stop you while the other person pulls out. extremely unprofessional. I’m not 12, I know how to drive a car in a drive thru. by making me stop the person behind me gets angry and you cause a cluster of problems. stop trying to micromanage / belittle your customers.
Hot coffee ..clean. little slow on service but it is a busy spot.
Finally the French Vanilla taste like it should be. But in a row lane drive thru only one person is taking orders so if one side takes long you have to sit there and wait
