I honestly do not know how this store is not closed yet. By far this tim hortons has the worst customer service ever. It's not the employees it's the managers. Which makes it even worse.
Slowest service and an occasional rude worker. Usually don't get my order right.
10 mins prior to lunch while broken down requested for lunch wrap. Was told I need to wait 15 mins longer to come order. Interesting times these days
Several times I make a mobile order, I have to arrive at the establishment, wait +/- 10 minutes for the order. And if I don't ask for my order, I still have to wait longer.
I ordered a craveable roast beef with 2 steeped teas January 3rd at 11:05am. I waited 15 mins in drive through and once I got to the window the person reconfirmed my order and once she said roasted beef, someone inside said they just gave it away to the other person. So I had to wait a couple more mins. Once I got it I left and noticed that it was missing the crispy onions. I tried calling 2 times but no answer. I'm so disappointed in this location to wake up and get my morning started here to a wrong order ruined my mood.
Very slow service. Order a box of 10 tim bits, they just give them to me on a paper box. If they don't have the box just said something and I would understand, but the person just handle to me and close the window, I thought that was my bagel but no, everything was in one paper bag. Tim hortons need to raise their level in order to keep their client coming back. Cheap coffee will not save them for ever
You gotta love Tim's Hortons always available and ready for a fresh early dawn coffee, yahoo......
All right but the company for Tim Hortons needs to find a better way to stop getting coffee grinds in peoples coffee since the new coffee pots came out every time I get coffee especially from lively in Sudbury’s Ontario they need more training very slow and dry through times you’re pretty much waiting 20 minutes for one coffee in the drive-through
single handedly one of the worst tim's in the gta- they open and close as they please with complete disregard for actual store hourslike if you want to open late/leave early and not serve customers then change your store hours..? like why does it say you are open until 10 and you are leaving at 9:20, make it make sense.on top of that service always takes forever, I understand it can be overwhelming to work in such an environment but all that and then being unprofessional on top of it? it is too muchhorrible management. if I could give 0 stars I really would, something needs to be done about this immediately
This is the most disorganized Tim Hortons I have been to in while. When the manager complains to his staff about a long line up and the employees need to work faster. On most days I would agree but at this point I noticed him standing at the front watching his "line up of people wait a long time" (his words not mine) than as a leader and a boss you should be asking your staff what they need to make the process run better in a busy moment. Also, when you advertise espresso, you might want to make sure you have it. What an irritating way to start my day.
