PSA: DONT WASTE UR TIME! Ive come to this location way too many times as I live in the area. And I am tired of them gaslightening me! For some reason they do things different from other locations. Several times this summer I ordered the smores ice cap from several different locations that look as delicious as the first photo, with chocolate all on top. The second photo is what this location gave me (I drank a bit b4 the picture to see if the chocolate was inside like she claimed-but did not taste it). When I told her she forgot the chocolate she told me that's how its made (with it mixed inside so u don't see it). Plus I ordered 6 donuts that were completly stale. This isnt the first time they've tried to convince me tim hortons dont do what other locations do. U start to question urself. But I have photo evidance now, they do put chocolate on top, atleast at the other locations I've gone to have. I would normally not complain but they seem to always give me different info. Than other locations in the area. They are a waste of time. DONT GIVE THEM UR BUSINESS.
I've been coming to this location for 6years as I live in the immediate area and the last 2 have seen quality,speed,accuracy of order fulfillment and staff attitude have not only declined but I would say plummeted to new lows. How is that there appears to be no apparent corporate oversite to change the state of this stores terrible reviews. Tim would be embarrassed do better!
This is a very busy location I always get great service from the staff . may 6 at 834pm for my mobile order from The 3girls on shift helped out God bless them for trying to keep up with the volume in-store and drive thru , To the manager = can you please staff a 4th person to help out Friday nights . It's the same every week .your gonna eventually have customer or staff leave and go elsewhere.
Very slow service.Very busy place. Long car line up. Went inside at 6:45 for 2 coffees and 1 muffin. Came out at 7:15Real bad tasting coffee, it tastes burnt.They had a huge walk in line.Service was very slow, both drive thu, and walk in.
I just came from this Tim Hortons. The line was extremely long and the worker named Ruby (I don’t think that’s even her name) was very disrespectful. I guess she was already frustrated about the long line and decided to take her frustration out on me. We asked for water and a couple other drinks. She said we can’t have water and started to scream at me. I told her I am not leaving the window until I get her name. She verbally assaulted me and my religion (I wear hijab). I would never come back to this location because of the total disrespect. Ruby if you read this babes…you need therapy.
Just another Tim's. Only got drink. Made just right. Food looks good.Friendly staff. Really crowded drive through. No lineup inside.
I can't believe what just happened to me. The tim hortons employee gave me the wrong order and when I explained it to her she was very rude. I called the manager and I had the same response. She started insulting me and yelling at me in front of all the people in the restaurant. My work office is one block from this location and I used to go and buy my breakfast every morning. I will never go back to that Tim Hortons. I don't understand how many people have complained about this manager and they haven't fired her.
The slowest people ive seen work at tims, manager gives attitude because her mind is slow and has an excuse for everything. Waited 20 minutes for a bagel and never got it. Try to avoid this location or go through drive through, if you walk in your less important.
So it’s the second time I come to this Tims and they don’t have food, no bagels, no Ice capp, no donuts just coffee
I don’t believe. Big company like a Tim Hortons hire that manager for this branch she’s so rude and unpolite to anybody she just hire of her nationality and I got a coffee that’s the third time she gave me wrong coffee when I talk with her she never apology
