Nice ambient, very friendly stuffs,service is very good and food quality, hygiene maintenance is absolutely fine.
This is definitely one of the better Tim's. Drive thru during rush hour is chaos. But the staff are awesome, they don't fuss over custom order requests, something about the culture that keeps workers happy and personable. 4 stars only because they constantly forget to put sugar in my iced coffee. Which is weird because they never get anything else wrong... But this has happened a few times. I'll raise it to 5 star if I get a response.
Great service.It would be great if this location has touchless door openers for all Doors and also touchless faucet in the washroom to reduce spread of infectious diseases including COVID.
Always slow.. especially in the morning the drive thru don't move many cars leave and the lady is so rude at the window at 5 am no ty or welcome or anything.throes your change pretty much..last visit 14 mins 2 cars ahead of me one of them just a single coffee..worst I have seen
Saw a worker dip a rag in a bucket of water, wipe a table (in their back working area) then immediately pick up 4 donuts to place in the display. He saw my facial expression and put the donuts back. I walked over and asked him to please throw out those donuts. He said he would do that for me but the rag he was cleaning with is only for food so it's ok and I said no you cannot go from cleaning to touching food without at least changing your gloves. This is sad and disgusting.
The place I'd filthy and smells. They have homeless people in there staying for hours. I feel sorry for the employees. I asked them why don't they kick them out. The body odour is disgusting. She said owner allows them to stay in and not to kick them out I am going to call the health inspector, I'm sure there is some kind of violation here. Be prepared if you go on there the stench can knock you out. Totally disgusting hope the owner gets in touch with me so I can blast them
It is located in a very small plaza but this is my go-to cafe for the location.This Tim Hortons is Always busy with a long line up but their coffee are pretty tasty to have, compared to different locations.
Ordered my usual poison Latte Venti no sugar and it was quite good. The roast beef sandwich was smaller than what's shown on the menu board. Not good.A case of mis-representation perhaps?

On an average service just care about their lineup timing no care for customer that good. I actually went there yesterday morning I ordered some stuff the bun wasn’t toasted and I went to pickup online order through drive through they didn’t had order ready there were no lineup so the lady told me to reverse the car back and after 30 seconds she called me back I just don’t know how it makes sense to let me pull my car back and in 30 seconds get it back. Worst experience
