Way better than the spot at o Connor and vic park. Service is fast, accurate and the employees are very nice.

Worst Tim’s I’ve been in, after reviewing order several times I still got the wrong item.

Great service and friendly staff

This place gets packed with students, was there today with a 2 year old there were no seats, students throwing water, garbage was everywhere at about 1:20 it cleared out and staff went to work cleaning up.Id avoid this place between 12 and 1:30 if you want a seat or a less noisy enviroment

Always screwing up online orders wether it’s not sending all items or not making the order the way i ordered it something the staff at this store need to all be re-trained ASAP!

25 mins to get an in-line order down. Worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to. 5 employees line out the door and all 5 employees are at one window.

I really don't think any of the staff understand what decaffeinated means. Every single time I order a decaffeinated tea, I get a regular. It's sad to watch someone punch in the drink you asked for and hand you something different. Its almost better to spend the extra money at Starbucks just to save your piece of mind.

I love this placeGreat workers and vibes.Tim Horton's lemonade frozen or classic is the best.

Look at the attached picture of the bagel received through the drive thru and too far away on the highway to go back. Well toasted is one thing, but this was completely black! Are you kidding?

Overall good and standard location. Their major failing is prioritizing drive thru and walk in customers. A lot of the time, their focus seems to be drive thru customers and walk in customers can wait. Also, the local high school students more or less do whatever they want (overcrowding the location during COVID and even if there is a line of people waiting, if the students cut and walk up to the cashier, the employees just serve them instead of keeping order and telling them to join the line). If I have to wait 5-10+ mins to get a single cup of coffee, something is wrong.
