This place is getting worse and worse as new people join the team , unprofessional attitude. The whole team is a very kind and understanding but there are 2 people at this location who are to be blamed Maleeh and Younglin . I have been a loyal and everyday customer at this place but now I feel it's time to find a new place because of these 2 people specifically!!
Service used to be bearable, but now it's rude and painfully slower than usual.

How can you take 30 minutes to make 2 cravables sandwiches and still make them wrong. Entire staff is high. This is dangerous. Health inspector please check this place out!

Unfair treatment comes from the staff here all the time. Customers aren't treated nicely and disrespected by the low quality staff that run this joint.

It’s said in the google map it’s open and after I drove there for a 4 minutes I ended up told that they open at 6:00 AM, please update the timing in your google account
I used to work here. Let me share my honest experience. I faced criticism and racism. Co workers were all nice and polite. But problem is with the management of the store. I never had mental health issues but when I start working there, I started to have mental breakdowns during and after my shifts. I cried during my shift because of constant criticism and unfair behavior towards me. Initially I thought this is how it feels to work at Tims. But this same group has other stores and I worked at one of those stores. Then I realized that the problem is only in this store. At other locations, everyone including coworkers and management, they are all so nice and polite. They sell best quality product and give best customer service. They treat all employees equally.
Unprofessional, lazy workers are what these people are made up of. Nothing gets done in time and it comes out with less effort in the end.
