Honestly. I grab coffee everyday (4 coffees). Sometimes their coffee tastes like water I called so many times to tell them the coffee is tasteless. They have an employee with a goatee. He is so thoughtful. He remembered us for what we have. Every time he greeting us with a smile. Thx ~
I had a horrible experience with this old fat filipina lady.shes so rude in taking orders.she needs to go back in training for costumer service.i hope that the manager or supervisor got attention and give a disciplenary action.

Always go there for the chilli soup. There's a Lady of Asian origin who have been working there for more than 8years. I'm glad to be served by her. Always fast and professional.
If I could honestly leave 0 stars I would but that’s unfortunately not an option. I came to this location to quickly grab a coffee but instead, one of the employees decided to take his anger out me. He was training someone from what I understood so the lady who was initially supposed to take my order was instructed to do something else in the rudest manner. Seems as though this staff member needs to take some time off to assess his personal issues.I’m not quite sure what his issue was but he definitely needs to revaluate his tone. When a customer is ordering, the employees job is to punch it into the system and prepare it. However, this older man decided to correct my order to his liking. I currently hold a Bachelors Degree with Honours from York University and I speak a very high level of English. Therefore, he had absolutely no right to correct me.To be more specific, this is exactly what happened:Instead of saying, “Hello, may I have a extra-large coffee with four milk and no sugar”, he wanted me to say, “Four milk”.Last time I checked, the general public was never notified that Tim Hortons had a specific way of ordering things. On top of that, I wasn’t speaking another language. I was speaking in English.Therefore, I highly recommend that nobody visit this location when this staff member is working.
You can get your coffee here but not meals!We got three sandwiches and no one told me I have to wait for 15mins when you are rushing to leave in the morning, because they have to cook the grill chicken from raw!! And the old lady who is cooking blamed me being not listening when they told me there is no grill chicken! Excuse me?? You better practise your English better so people can understand what you say clearly. Thanks.
Staff there are always pleasant
Slow slow slow, five people working and only one register open. Have your general manager call me so I can teach you guys how to run a store. Speed of service is terrible. I used to work for Tim Hortons. The restaurant manager should be embarrassed. It’s upsetting to see 5-6 people lined up and one cash open. Use common sense and open the next. Everyone moving like snails. Train your staff and implement speed of service techniques. It’s not hard watch the TDL training.
One of the better Tim Hortons around oddly enough and it’s a small one within an Esso Gas Station but somehow they make and keep their stuff fresher than most larger full stores.
The service at the Tim Hortons is terrible. The staff are rude and unfriendly.
