my first time using drivetru at this location, it will be my last time using this location period, it took me more then 15min in drivetru, 10min from the time i ordered to get my drink, i was greeted by a very unfriendly mono tone person at the window and the drink was not worth the wait, this location does not compare to my regular at red maple rd. in Richmond hill. I don't normally post negative reviews, but this time I felt it necessary as I am also in the people service industry.

This location is definitely one of the worst ones in the city, right after the one on Steeles just east of Bathurst that constantly makes your orders wrong. It always seems like something on my order is unavailable. For example, they apparently don't sell the strawberry watermelon quencher here anymore, as I was told by staff that "we no longer sell that one," but every other Tim's I've been to still has it. A few days after they launched their fully loaded wraps, I was told they "ran out" of the ingredients for both flavours, and it was only midday. Then this morning, after they'd been promoting the Biebs Brew drink for the past month, I figured they'd have it since it's launch day. But nope, it was not available... likely not until the afternoon, they said. And don't even get me started on the amount of times I've gotten a ridiculously stale bagel first thing in the morning, as if it was leftover from the previous day or something. Tim Hortons, you need to check on your locations and make sure things are being done up to standard!

They took my order wrong on the drive through after line for such a long time. I had to go back into the store to tell them my order and they were arguing with me, that I ordered the wrong thing. They added the extra stuff on the cold sandwich and gave it back to me, instead of giving me a new one.

The worst Tim Hortons ever. Waited 25 mins in drive through and was told “our machines are down... only cash or Tim cards to pay”. I would give this establishment a 0/5 if I could. Drive to any other timmies and take warning. I had to go from drive through to paying inside

Bad service, no good hygiene at all. And if you ever do mobile pick up, make sure you triple check your order because they have messed 10/15 of my orders up.

Leslie & cummer Tim Hortons. Has to be the most worst, slow, unfriendly service. I live here & it’s sad to say watching this business over 20 years…. No improvement. Avrg wait time 20min drive thru. Inside is even worse. Drive to dobmills & steels. You’re 5-10 min drive is still faster & better service.

Went for grilled chicken wraps and they gave me crispy chicken instead. After waiting 5 mins the guy shows up with the wraps again with crispy chicken. Third time they take even longer and when I finally opened it up to see they had put cheese and bacon strips in the wrap which I had specifically asked them not to. So about 40 mins wait time and they still got my order wrong. Horrible customer service

Tim Hortons, your clients rate this outlet low starred rating. Have you paid attention to the training? Are you going to invest Wifi? You chose not, is it close to schools to avoid students gathering. I found most Timmy’s discriminates students, you jeopardize your future business. These students would become good income earners, and they might not give you the business with grudges. The lady was not patient, she lives in a fast track world with 5 customers in store, she was the only person visible on the premises. Room for improvement. I am a critical fan.

Today afternoon I bought a cup of coffee and two donuts at this store and studied for the final test on the corner. Around two hours later the owner of the store came to me and talked to me that I have to buy another stuff every two hours. So I said I have visited this store and another tim hortons for several years and haven’t heard of such a thing. He said this is a business place so if you want to stay here more than two hours you should buy another thing.Yes I understand it. As a customer to stay long time such a business place, I know I should buy more than a cup of coffe. So I usually buy a cup of coffee with some cookies or a muffin.Anyway I have never heard of such a rule and seen such a notice. There were a lot of empty seats. It was never busy at that moment. Should I buy another coffee or tea to stay longer?? Is it a tim hortons’ rule?? To stay there I have to buy one by one every two hours?? I also know there were some people talking there just with one cup of coffee more than two hours. Why doesn’t he say the same thing to them??He kept asking me to buy something 3 times.His words made me so upset so I talked back at him nervously“ok I will leave soon.”He said “Don’t come again”I said “Don’t worry!!”Hahaha, what a f***ing tim horton it is?? What a rude owner of the store he is???

Staffs are so unwelcoming. The staffs just did not mind the customers waiting to order. Had to wait for a while. The lady almost dropped my sandwich as she passed it to me, she must hate her work and customers so much. The worst location so far.
