Had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons today. Apparently they don't understand English. I ordered the same order I've had for the last 8 years. But for some reason they could not figure it out.- (Sasuage) BELT (wrap), with a hash brown and small French vanilla. Please put the hash brown inside the wrap.This is literally their breakfast combo on the menu and one lady told me "that's not possible and I'm making it too complicated." I've ordered this same order at least a couple hundred times over the years, never had a problem before...
The new lady that works nights keeps coming up with excuses why she can't make a sandwich. But it's pure laziness. The last guy that was on nights made sandwiches every night, no excuses. I'll go to mcdonalds from now on
Nice place for breakfast. It gets pretty busy, but there's always a place to sit. It would've been a 4 star review if the bathroom wasn't downright unusable. The faucet is constantly leaking a thin line of water and I had suspicions regarding whatever got dropped from that soap dispenser. It feels so out of place because the restaurant itself is clean, but it's like none of the staff check on the bathroom.
The best Tim Hortons branch I have ever visited. Fresh coffee, fresh donuts and breakfast sandwiches. And mostly, staffs are very professional with their work and very efficient. Wide and clean dine in branch. Kudos! ??
9:20 pm I visited this location to pick up Timbits, I went to 4 other Tim Hortons to find chocolate timbits. I waited in line for 10 minutes, there were 3 staff behind the counters, no one acknowledged my existence. Coaching and training opportunities, the staff does not show urgency or respect for customers. It is a culture that must be embedded by the management. Monkeys see monkeys do. One of them are on the phone, the other 2 are cleaning. They kept me waiting with oblivion. Really.
This place was the closest to my college so we always went on there… with my friends it was really a great store to spend some time with coffee and friends…!The service was good… i guess they do not have drive through that’s what the reason is…They give the attention to in store customers…!There was one attendant named paula… she was really very friendly and takes the order with smile…!!I really appreciate this type of customer service…!!

1 of the table areas at tims had ants on the floor and I told 1 of the employees but they didn't seem to care about cleaning it up.
Coffee and sandwiches are made to perfection at this location. Other locations sometimes tastes like the coffee is burnt and the sandwiches come out sloppy. This location is the bar that all other locations should aim to beat! Highly recommend this Timmy's!
