This is one of the best Tim Hortons out there. Ample parking space. Love to sit in our car under the sun. The staff and the supervisor are great. Truly helpful and understanding.
The guy evening shift his a joke . He starts cleaning 2hours before closing . We can’t even drink our coffee from the dust when he starts cleaning . I’ve been coming to this timhortans 5 years . But the last 6 months this new guy he makes his own rules at the place . He said his the manager what a joke.
Staff member was fine to me and my friends, but incredibly rude to the customer behind us — for no apparent reason. Their coffee is weak, nearly flavourless. The selection of baked goods is very limited and, by 7 pm, not fresh. Sour cream glazed donuts are normally my absolute favourite, but way too much glaze, so sickly sweet — I'd never order one again. No point in my ever going to this (or any other) Tim Hortons unless I have absolutely no alternative.
Violation of food health and safety protocols. Unprofessional staff and shift supervisors. I had one of the workers become very upset with me after I asked her to change her gloves because she had just handled money and then went to handle my food. The shift supervisor was very unresponsive. Not to mention, the staff do not pay attention to detail and lack active listening skills.
Washroom in this place is way under standard, very dirty. Inside the venue and tables are dirty. Parking lot is way overdue for resurfacing. This location is on my way from groceries so I have no option for another coffee place in the area.
The floor was dirty, used thrown masks, vegies, some coffee on floor. And sandwiches had frozen veggies while it was supposed to be toasted, were very cold even after requested to toast nicely.
They consistently not care about the costumer. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the food that is up to par with other stores but their costumer service getting worst all the time.
The place is very dirty . They never clean the tables . They start cleaning the machines 1 hr ahead the place close smoke all over the place.
We needed a pick me up. Came here to get one. Service was fast and friendly I had a hot chocolate and my friend had coffee with a donut we were good to go.
I gave them zero star if I could. They sell stale potato wedges and didn't refund my money. Probably it was cooked hours ago, . Very rude supervisor. Do not go to this location.
