Either they're lacking in training or just don't care. The only tim hortons that has a huge lineup for mobile orders. Lots of employees here and no one seems to know what they're doing.

Too busy talking and laughing at the drive through to even get half my order right. None of our drinks were done right . I’m never returning to this timhortons. Thank god there’s like 5 every square kilometre in the city. This one will be out of business soon :)
Alert. Decaf dripped coffee at 2013 Lawrence west does not exit anymore!? They wanted to sell me espresso with adding half litter of warm water. For same price $2.25. Absolutely criminal! I asked my money back.
At the night time on weekends the guy name jaskaran , he is very kind and funny . He is very doing good job m very happy with his service at night time .
During busy hours it's super slow. They have two intercoms, which you think would help.Second time I've gone and two cars passed before me when I was there first. I can't say this is the worst place to go, they do have some amazing staff that have worked there for quite some time; one reason that prompts me to continue going. But the service at the drive thru is really slow during rush hour times. Best bet it to go to weston and 401 location- super speedy and efficient over there
NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!If I could give less than 1 star I wouldthis place is CONSISTENTLY filled with rude and untrained staff who don't know squat!Whenever I come here, Ive had to wait ages for a small order and the lids on my drinks always come off and spill on me. Please close this place down, there another tims just down the street.

The night shift drive thru person is RUDE and IGNORANT and needs training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to place an order at the speaker and before I could say "10 pack of..." She yelled out "we don't have any tim bits". Got my drinks and before we drove out of the lot, the lid on the Hot Chocolate popped off and spilled down my child's leg and all over the floor. I went back to the window and explained what happened, she got VERY defensive and was rude, showing me how she does things..... NOT ONCE DID SHE ASK IF MY CHILD WAS OK! Sent an email to head office, got a call from the manager of the store, KAMAL, who was NO help at all and just as rude as the night shift person. IT STARTS AT THE TOP PEOPLE, RUDE MANAGER HAS RUDE EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE. Should not be a big surprise, but I thought Tim Hortons had higher standards than that. HORRIBLE LOCATION!
Just went through a long line in the drive-thru. After having to ignore the ever present panhandler bugging every car, I was greeted by a very rude Hortons employee. I was quietly told $3.?? I asked that he repeat the total. He repeated $3.50. THAT IS ALL THE JERK SAID. I told him he should be saying please after giving the total for my order. I use please and Thank You without even having to think about. Why is an "ambassador" for Hortons not saying please and thank you? Managers should insist on a professional mannerism. Awful customer service. No respect for people who help keep a business going and staff employed. I was given my change without a single word uttered from him. I said the words he should have but I doubt he was smart enough to understand my sarcasm and disappointment. Cashier Shift 2 at 3:23 Sunday, October 24, 2021, you need to learn people skills.
