Asked to remove mayo and put another sauce to my sandwich. They say ok and dont do it. Second time. I wonder if workers are careless because they pay minimum wage or people just not smart enough

I ordered a simple chai tea with extra tea bag and still didn’t get the extra bag, when asked for it, the person got really mad. Very bad customer service by Deepa and other crew members. Too much argumentative and yelling by them.

The staff at this location are very efficient with the way they handle the flow of guests coming in. I stood in line and watched these girls working together as a team and I have to say best team work ever!! Everyone was on the ball. The girl (tall fair skin and red hair in a bun wearing glasses) taking the orders was handling the flow like a boss!! RESPECT!!impressed with the performance of this team.

I ate a croissant it was dry and old when I woke up it gave me a stomach ache.

This is by far my favorite Tim Hortons! The staff are so friendly and cheerful, they started to remember my order after my first few times visiting.While I see some inconsistencies at other locations, the staff at this Tims make my coffee perfect every day.Thank you to this wonderful team for always being a great part of my mornings!

Very poor customer service half of the staff can't speak proper English they always talk in there own language. Very bad experience last time and I said I should give them another chance but that was my mistake. every time you ask for bagel double-tosted they don't know how to do it seems like and if you ask them your order is not how you want they looking at you like you asking for a donation, I been asking for a receipt so when I go don't have to face the problem they refuse to give secondly if you call them they said come we will replace your order but when you go they waste your 30 min and in the end, they said they can't find your order. this is my second-time experience talk to a supervisor name is MALA she said can not find my order and she can not give me.when I make a complaint call she literally laughing at it and telling me ya some time they don't put the chicken on the soup so I think when we spend more than $20.00 dollers that shouldn't be happening. when I told her I can bring food back she said it's ok I will replace but when I went to the store she refused to replace my order which I paid all most $20.00 worth amount.It was 2 ice caps which is watery2 bagel one double toast 1 regular they make both wrong and the more interesting part is 2 large chicken soup none has even signal piece of chicken.What I specially bought to eat chicken has no chicken at all, and when you make a complaint they laugh about it as well. so basically they serve you the wrong food and making a joke on top of that for their own mistakes.

Worst tims ever. They are always in a rush and always get my order wrong. I asked for a Chipotle Crispy Chicken Wrap, I get Ranch. Asked for a English muffin with egg and sausage, got no sausge.
