A great location for a 24-hour Tim Hortons... The staff are really friendly and cater to you within a few seconds..The murals on the wall are eye-catching and are a great addition to the decor of the coffee house.They do have a wall that sells the Tim Hortons merchandise, ranging from ceramic mugs to ground coffee and a few other Tims branded accessories.
Hi! I working under city of Toronto whenever I visit this location their morning staff don’t know how to take order properly and even they don’t accept Tim reward points today I drink hot tea but it’s cold for chicken wrap I had to wait more than 8 minutes even no crowed over their. On the other side afternoon staff is fabulous they always prepare things so well on time.
Could you please kindly return Caprese sandwich back?It was the best sandwich in Tim Hortons!I don’t eat meat, for those who are like me, please do not discontinue our favorite food.
I'm a patient person, but there's not enough staff to keep up with orders. 7 minutes and hadn't even started my grilled cheese. 3 PEOPLE is not adequate period, especially from 1130-3pm when the lunch rush happens. Not the staffs fault they are working fast but they cannot keep up. Shame on management, won't be back here for a while hopefully it will be addressed in future. After all the reviews below about lack of cleaning it seems this much has been addressed.
I always go here when I’m working, the service varies depending on the day and the quality of food varies depending on the time of the day. There has been many times that I have ordered potato wedges from them and it was rock hard, but sometimes they are decent and let me know that the food is stale and won’t sell it to me
Friendly staff and the usual Tim Hortons prices and products. What I disliked is the washroom. I don't think it was EVER cleaned. It's absolutely disgusting. If this was a gas station then I wouldn't write a review about the washroom. This being a restaurant, it's simply repulsive. There "stuff" on the walls and floors. The soap dispenser is broken and the sink looks like it was never cleaned. Not a great Tim Hortons location at all.
The girl looked too tired to help me. No greeting, half asleep. I stepped in and smiled. They have costumers only because of their location, never because of the customer service. They don't respect their costumers.
Washroom were very dirty. Looks like they have not been cleaned and maintained for years. I wouldn't suggest dining at a place where the washrooms are like this. How can someone trust the meals are prepared in hygiene manner here?!
Staff is unorganized and there is always a long wait between customers even with both registers opened.Orders are not prepared as requested.
Really fast service and they have kiosks that speed things up. Small parking lot and no drive through tho that kinda sucked. Good seating area as well
