I like to go every day this Tim Hortons. Staff here very friendly and fast. Definitely you will get neat and clean environment here.
I apologize for such a low review but its true. It's not just this Tim Hortons its every...single..one1. Line up is long and noooobody is serving. People wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and still no one comes. Employees just chatting with their friends and we just wait. That's ok though because somebody with lots of money will come around and create their own coffee shop and put it right beside every single tim hortons and then consumers will have a choice... and :) Tim Hortons will be shutting their doors.. Nothing is forever people2. Their employees from my experience, 80% of the time do this. If the coffee is $2 and I pay $2 cash, they put on the receipt that I paid $5 and they owe me change $3 and it ruins my accounting because it confuses me. I should start going by the receipt and demand what I am "owed"3. We always have to ask for sleeves for steep tea and coffee. I don't understand why. Every successful and well recognized coffee shop gives you a sleeve for coffee and steep tea and with Tim Hortons we have to ask which is preposterous to me.4. Last incident (there are many, everyday something new) but i will keep it short and brief for yall. I ordered the sandwich and made it combo.. the lady brought me a burnt sandwich. Some parts of it was BLACK. I said hey, I dont like this can i just return it and get my money back she said, I thought you wanted it toasted..... LOL ok ok ok.. Black burnt bread is now called toasted... You guys are i am sorry i really am sorry to say this.. BELOW AND BEYOND.. You guys just simply... s..u..c..k... I apologize for the way I am communicating but THERE IS NO OTHER WAY to communicate it.hey it is what it is... good luck people.
If zero stars was an option it fits this location. terrible quality & horrible service. Employees have repulsive attitude. Steer clear If you don't want to ruin your day tbh
This location has the worst customer services ever. I work at York and usually ordered there. They made mistakes with my orders 8 out of 10 times. Most of the time, I was okay and took whatever they gave. But today the lady at the window blamed me with an unfriendly manner that it was my fault of not checking the screen to ensure the right orders were placed. I said there was no screen popped up and then she blamed what I originally ordered was not in the menu. Arent they supposed to inform me if what I ordered was not available? I had to rush back to work and didn't expect them to make a new sandwich for me, nor brought it up to the manager regarding her unprofessional customer services. When I drove past the window, I still heard that she gossiped with her co-worker that it was my fault. Ridiculous and unacceptable! I will never ever come back to this place.
I would give it a zero if it was an option. The most incompetent, rude Tim Hortons employees I have ever dealt with. They rush you so quickly through your order that they screw it up and then get mad at you about it . And why do they put their hands out of the drive thru window like they’re telling you not to pull up. They need training
It's ok. Ordered 3 grilled bacon chicken Ranch wrap and got crispy chicken instead. Not quite sure if they ran out and just said screw it here ya go. The guy checked off they had grilled and said ok Np so.... Usually I find this Tim's not too bad but they're all getting worse over time. Still better than the new one at Keele and Sheppard. That one is baaaaadddd.
This is the SLOWEST restaurant that I have ever been to. It’s MINIMUM 20 minute wait, if you go inside to order. All they care about is the drive-thur, and fight over who has to serve the customers at the store front. One people was to take the orders and make the orders even, if there are 10 customers in line. Whenever I dine-in, the tables are never clean and I have never seen a staff member clean tables and I spend minimum 2 hours during school work here. I’m not sure if there is just not enough staff or the staff just doesn’t care. Something needs to change.
This is place is a joke. I ordered stake&cheese on a English muffin for my mother, through the drive thru . When she opened it, she saw bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin. I went back in to the restaurant I told them they made me a wrong sandwich. I asked for stake and cheese the lady was rude over the counter. And the lady that’s making the sandwich was rude to. In order for me to get the correct sandwich They wanted me to pay $1.05 difference for a order they messed up.I decided to pay it because it’s for my mother. I urge everyone to check their order every time.
I just came to purchase a coffee and I was the only one at drive through and waited then another car came and he was served first. How is that so?And the girl at the front said "it goes based on cars". How is that when I was the only one there??And then she quickly said okay bye??? So she could help the next customer??? No apologies nothing.
I have given 1 star as there was no option to give no star. Ordered a hot chocolate from here and it was horrible. It was watery and did not taste good. I have had the same beverage in many other oulets of tim hortons but this one was the worst I ever had. Shows that the staff are under trainined. Will never go to this outlet again.
