I wonder if the franchise owner knows they'd like to close the doors 10 minutes early

It’s kind of cozy place, but the barista is not in a good mood and kind enough to ask her for another coffee! Besides the Latte was not tasty for me.July 2022: Still I can say the cashier is not patient and kind enough to help. Btw, it’s a little messy out there. There are lots of trash all over the bin.

One of the worst branches I went to. Managers and personnel are rude and non-professional. It's near to my house but I won't go there anymore.They didn't give me proper service during my several visits and also know nothing about the offers on the application.

I am a frequent visitor of timmies and this store it the only one that I really hate to visit!The staffs especially the manager were very very rude and impatient!

Just visited here. Worst customer service . Two ladies are working here. So rude. Don’t even say thank you. Empty shelves of donuts. Just asked if other donuts are coming. Not even answer my question. Very rude behaviour. No customer service. Don’t know how to speak with a customer.

Great coffee, great service but wifi is never working, everyday that I’m taking a break from work and I need wifi to use and it’s never works

There is so bad customer service. The phillipino lady staff is so so rude to the customers. She also made the order wrong and was arguing on it when I addressed it. Never coming back here again.

There is no customer service here, they fail to problem solve their own mistakes.I ordered through their app and the order number was somehow different on my app and their system so I couldn't open the pick up locker at all. I went to the store staff and they claimed my order didn't come through and their tone was as if this was my fault and I was trying to scam them...All they had to do is to check their system for my exact ordered items but they kept asking me what's my name and my order number, I showed them countless time and they were so sure that they didn't get my order, which I can clearly see it was in their locker. Not really sure how their logic works...Oh and this happened twice, both time the order number were different.

It was pretty busy when I went at this location. It is pretty small however I like the fireplace they have and the layout. It's a pretty stand tim Hortons with your regular/normal customer service
