This is the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to. Can't get the order right a single time. I've gotten food poisoning from possibly ordering and eating food from here. I hope the health and food safety people come and check here
This Tim Horton is the baddest one did I go in Toronto because they do so slow and always one person works and I have to wait long time for coffee. They are not polite and they do the worst service. This one is close to my home and I have to go there every single day and really bother me to go there and I decided to find another Tim Horton aroundPretty sure this is a place where reviews don't get a response.but I hope this helps the people who read this.
They gave us burned Bagel twice ! Seriously can’t you look at them first before throwing them into the bag? Please train your employees!
I bought 40 of these here. It was a busy time, so he gave it to me randomly. But isn't this too much? He didn't give me anything with jam, but only picked things that weren't popular. You make my day feel dirty.
Hot Coffee here is spotlight than other places
Constantly missing items in my orders. Staff are slow and it takes forever for them to even take your order
One star is just for the coffee. Ordered one everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. But got cream cheese toasted with the bagel. Can't you see when you make the bagel? It's just "toasted with" I never asked you to load it with cream cheese. And they don't cut the bagel. Weird because it doesn't make any difference if we say not too much cream cheese. Not the first time. It's being repeated everytime. So I quit!To the manager, please guide the person. No wonder if you ran out of stock.assuming she is a new hire. Please watch while new hires are on training.Pretty sure this is a place where reviews don't get a response.but I hope this helps the people who read this.
So, have to give credit where credit is due. I wrote a review about two months ago that didn't paint a very good picture of things at this Tim's. Here we are two months & a few orders later. We get from here a lot. They have vastly improved, very friendly. The food has also significantly improved. You have to try the new Roast Beef Signature Sandwich, amazing, so fresh. The Roast Beef Craveable & The Chicken Craveable is great when you want a soup, like their amazing Chicken Noodle Soup, the soup is also good with the Turkey Melt sandwich. Try these folks I'm sure you'll enjoy them. They also make a great Chili, really all of the sandwiches have improved a lot. My favorite here is the Chicken Soup, it is really good & i'm fussy as hell, not easy to please, but this location is trying to be better.
