Besides producing an array of flavorful ice cream and toppings - I had the chocolate with hot fudge sauce and it was delicious, we were delighted to meet the owner-operator who was friendly, welcoming and eager to please. She was careful with COVID protocols and professional in every way - would definitely go back!
DO NOT GO HERE! I went here this past Saturday night with my boyfriend and when we walked in, the older lady working there didn’t even have a mask on! She was serving a few customers already, completely maskless. She told us to remain socially distant from the other customers, yet wasn’t practicing COVID safety precautions herself. My boyfriend and I immediately felt uncomfortable after seeing that, so we left within a minute of being there. We’re in a pandemic, so this is completely unacceptable. Would not go again and if you want to be safe and hygienic, I recommend you avoid this place too.
The customer service Hannah provides and the time she takes to make sure everyone's order is served the way they want is extraordinary. She is patient kind and sweet. The ice cream is very good. Highly recommend.

This little unassuming spot doled out huge ice cream portions and had a large variety of flavours so there is something for everyone. We also appreciated the covid measures taken by the employee which made us feel extra safe. We tried the pina colada, the pistachio almond and the chocolate fudge - all three were delicious.
The owner is very friendly, polite and helpful. She follows all the public health rules and guidelines. Not only does she make sure the staff physical distance from the customers, she also makes sure the customers physical distance from each other. The scooped ice cream is wonderful and the soft serve is heaven sent. The customer service and ice cream makes it a worthwhile experience! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
!!!!Rude and unsafe---VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!!We were the only one in the shop, didn't take time to order (in fact the service was delayed as they couldn't find a pen to take our order), and followed all the health rules. However, the woman there was very very rude. She started to point out weird things e.g. As soon as we entered, she started pointing out that if your order takes longer you will have to go out and see the menu from outside. Her tone was very dismissive and rude too. She was not wearing a mask or gloves. I don't think such people should be in service industry.
Excellent service. Excellent ice cream. Mint needed a touch more mint flavor. But a good experience.
