HORRIBLE LOCATION. usually I have great experiences with the fry but this time. I called to order and the worker was terribly rude with me. I will not tolerate being yell at. I called and the moment they picked up they pick up they were already rude, I ask if I can order to pick up and the lady was mumbling something along with the static but I couldn’t hear it ,so I asked her if she can repeat her self as I am not able to hear her. She left a long sigh and say oh my god is a really annoyed and disrespect tone and repeated it loud and aggressive voice I still could hear her so I told her I will call back again since there is a lot to static. I called back and they hung up on my call and the 2nd time I called back they had BLOCK me mid ring, I couldn’t believe it and called back and it turn out they did BLOCKED me. This can’t be tolerate . I’m trying to order not to be yell at THIS JUST HAPPEN AT 7:30pm

The Fry is honestly my favourite Korean fried chicken place in Toronto. My go-to order is always the special half and half with both secret savoury and spicy secret savoury fried chicken. The chicken is fried to perfection, with the perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and tender, moist meat on the inside. The sauce they use is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy for me; I find this ratio can be off from my preferences at other Korean fried chicken places, often leaning more towards spicy. Service is pretty good, and I like how they give you a variety of accompanying side dishes, especially the butter corn!

Ordered small boneless green onion, small boneless in sauce, garlic butter fries and corn cheese. Told him the last 4 digits of phone # got home and realized we got two small bone in chickens who knows what flavour and a coke. Double check your takeout orders.. last meal of 2021 now my hangry gf is hangrier

Love the boneless chicken here!

Popular Korean friend chicken restaurant. The chicken was on point, tender, juicy and crispy. Savoury spicy wasn't that spicy, but still tasted really good. The egg roll was good, mKe sure you get it with cheese. Social distancing measures in effect. Vaccination passport is required for dine in.

I've only gotten take out from this location so can't speak on the table service. The fried chicken is consistently good. I'm sure there are better off places but The Fry is still solid.

Great Korean style fried chicken and other food. Taste is always consistent. Just one thing, the servers are very bad. They always showed attitude when we asked for something besides ordering, and never took care of us and expected to get tipped.

Amazing food! I got the sweet chili chicken and my friend got the black pepper chicken. Huge portions and so so wonderful. The servers were sweet and we had an amazing time there

Food was good and generous portions for the price compared to other places ($60 between 2 people for what we got and lots to take home). However, overall experience was a disappointment. One of the waitresses had a bad attitude, sounded like every customer was bothering her and very blunt, we had to ask for water after getting our food (wasn't even busy, just 2 tables other than us), kept taking off her mask and touching her face when cleaning tables, behind head counter, and PREPARING TAKE OUT BOXES of all things and I do have photo evidence of it. I've eaten at a number of places in the area, first time I've seen staff so blatantly careless and rude and reading other reviews, is an ongoing problem so I doubt management cares.

My friend and I chose this place randomly when walking in the street and didn't expect such a great service like that. Foods were so tasty and crispy, totally fit our taste; staff were friendly and quick. Will go back if have a chance.
