Let me start with my reasons for the mere 2 stars. We ordered items off the late night menu, as it was already past midnight. Despite the prices, be prepared to be served ridiculous small portions that the menu claims to “serve 2” when in reality, it does not even serve 1 person.Despite spending a total of $48.40 for 3 of us on 2 bang bang shrimps and 1 spicy plant wings, we still left the place hungry. I understand the need to raise prices due to the ongoing inflation but the levels done by this bar is making it seem more like a rip off.Furthermore, the extremely loud rap music during our weekday night visit was making this place less ambient.Although $10.17 for a pint of Guinness is a bit steep, the draught pint was very professionally poured with the perfect amount of foam at the top. Apart from the drink and our server honesty for letting us know that the menu’s “serves 2” is not true to its claim at all, I am giving 2 stars.I don’t think I will be returning here as I know many other bars that offer more value for money prices for the same quality and physical ambience.
I visited with my friend to have some snacks and bears. Froom the beginning to the end, the server was being rude and treating us terrible. Although he misheard the order, he was saying that he gave what we ordered. I and my friend were pretty sure about what we said. After few seconds of rude staring, he gave us the right menus. Besides this situation, the overall experience with the service was terrible. I won't return to the location again. However, although the condition of Guinness was not that good, Belgian mood, storyteller and pub fries were fine.
You start to find the positive about everything when you have a few beers is the reason this place is getting 2 stars..i mean they have actual ventilation proof guards in between the seats at the bar..talk about a great social experience. They also have a 24 dollar burger..must be made out of wagu beef. Atmosphere is also pretty bad..just a bunch of boring stuff..no entertainment whatsoever.
I stumbled across this place one night when I wanted some pub food delivered. One of the best steak pies I've ever had. It soon became my favorite go to place for dinners. Love the fried chicken (better than any I've tried in the neighborhood). Also had the befvsandwuch. Absolutely delish (and im not huge on sandwiches). They also have some decent desserts. Dined in a few times. Efficient, friendly staff. Highly recommend
Sat down, and immediately an employee came to our table and just stared at us; we told him we weren’t ready yet and had just sat down. He didn’t say anything and walked away. Then we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come back to take our order…? We ended up leaving lol. Don’t work in a bar if you can’t handle taking orders I guess. Weird experience.
My friends and I came here for a birthday.Not happy with the service.The server was rude and always had a mean look on her face.I asked for water she didnt bring me water ,so I had to go to the bar to ask for water.The calamari is gross and not fresh.
The food here is good, having a variety of vegan options to cater to a wide variety of people. The prices arent bad but not the best I've seen for the type of food served, having good flavors all around.Service was adequate and things arrived in a decently timed manor. Not a place I would go out of my way for but if I needed food and it's open I'm not opposed to grabbing something.
Love this place! I mean to me personally, beer taste is all matters. Good quality beer and I enjoyed my time with my buddy here

Dominique was the rudest server I’ve encountered in a very long time and she gave us attitude from the moment she saw us. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I work in service too and I’ve gone to work after a family member passed but still managed to be polite. We only got 1 napkin to share among 3 people, and we didn’t even get a chance to ask for more since the server seemed to have disappeared. Service was overall slow too but that was a softer issue- I like to give the benefit of the doubt that she was the only server working tonight other than the busboy and bartender but regardless, we didn’t get the extra water glasses we requested until after paying our bills, so we had to share one glass of water among the three of us.
