Today, I have experienced the most unpleasant time with this place and will never come back. I have been ordered from this location for long time and used to love this place. However, something happen today make me very very disappointed. The Story is as below. We have made the order during Christmas time, and they missed the Mussel order. I called back to the store and claim for this missing mussel. The manger told us that they cannot do refund at that time as it was too busy (it's forgivable during holidays and I accept this mistake as I am not a harsh person) They promise to give us back the mussel order whenever we order next time (I was worry at the back time too and emphasize that if I could claim this mussel anytime as I may not make another order too soon and they said yes) Today, I go make an order and claim for this missing mussel, then they blame me it's my fault not to order next day or within 15 days which they cannot do that anymore, I explained it is your fault that you missed our order in the first place and not doing refund and now you blame us? They denied their responsibility and said they won't do anything on this claim. I would never order from this place again and I wish I could put no star on this rating because this store is a scammer.
Great restaurant for seafood and lobster. Staff are nice and the atmosphere is designed so you feel like you're in a boat.The manager gave us the Valentine's week deal early when we asked for it.The food is well seasoned and prepared. They brought the food very fast, few minutes after we ordered.I would recommend this restaurant.
The food was very delicious at this location on the staff were extremely friendly. The seafood was fresh also they have a lot of options shrimps, mussel, king crab legs and served with two sides. We will definitely come back to try more. We especially love their captain boil sauce which combines all three sauce and that a was great choice! We will definitely come back to try more.
Ordered a $45 crab legs with sausage and this is how it was delivered. Unbelievably cheap and unsanitary. Shows clear lack of care for the customer
We were greeted by an energetic young lady, named Britney, who was literally running around the store, waiting tables, taking orders, and seating folks, I believe, all by herself as I did not see anyone else going by our table but her. Boy, did she run. They were definitely understaffed and her cardio routine looked tiring. We got the king crab leg, which was surprisingly good. We then had an issue with the order that Britney resolved to our satisfaction, with the comment "I just want to make sure you guys leave here happy." Food is good, but honestly, I'd come back just for that kind of service again. Someone give Britney a raise!

Went to The Captain Boil York Mills location and LOVED IT! We were greeted by a friendly host who took our pictures, walked us through the menu options and ensured everything was good. We had the Holiday Platter which is a lot of food could feed 4 to 6 persons. Everything was DELICIOUS. We also had the Mango alcohol beverage drink which was delicious as well. This will be my new holiday tradition. Thank you for the great customer service and food. I will return ?
First time try this store, have to say all in all is a wonderful place to have fun. Went with my friend, and we enjoy a lot. The service are good, we are new so the waitresses explain everything in details and really patiently. We tried the Cajun fried rice and the seafood, the flavours are great and sauce is tasty. During Covid time, they serve the food in principle. It is heath and clean. We will come back again for sure. Love it.
