Visited this location Saturday, July 16, 2022. Friendly people working here, but very disappointed in my food. Had Pad Sew Ew with tofu. Two tiny pieces of tofu, no vegetables as advertised. Very expensive. I am willing to pay for quality, but this was terrible.
Thai green chicken curry and rice not up to the point. Moreover the curry had a smell thats no way near thai kinda. Absolutely dissatisfied ?
Whether you dine in or take out, they will always package your food into little takeout boxes. This makes it so hard to eat because they put the carb (e.g., rice, noodle) at the bottom and the meat/veggie on top, so I always end up finishing those first... This is unlike other Thai Express branches that have a more shallow but wider takeout boxes. Also the taste is just meh. Even in peak hours, you can see the surrounding stores having such long queues while almost no one wants to buy at Thai Express.
Disgusting general Tao. Soggy chicken and terrible unprofessional service. When I advised the cashier about the disgusting food, she refused to remake it or give any type of refund. Worst service . Would not recommend. Avoid like the plague.
I work close by and have visited this location a few time. I’ve never had a great experience and today I was using a coupon for a combo upgrade and was told they didn’t have fountain drinks and I would have to pay to upgrade to a bottled beverage. Portion sizes are smaller here than other locations. Definitely don’t recommend this location.
Ordered vegetable pad thai, it was $13.65 with taxes, pad thai portion was really small, and it only had some broccoli, carrots, green peppers and bean sprouts as vegetables, there were no baby corn, and tofu. I understand that food prices have gone up (which I am willing to pay) but the quality and quantity was really a bad experience.
Extremely disappointing, dry chicken, it’s supposed to be stirfry chicken with eggplant, rice is dry, not enough sauce, not enough vegetables and even they dry, half full, just terrible never ever again eating at this location, not even close to the quality that’s being served at other locations.Avoid at all cost.
So I placed an order through Ritual and went to pick up as instructed in the app. Usually, Ritual is incredibly accurate with their timings, but these guys just checked ready when they didn’t even start making the order. After making me wait for a while, they just put it on the counter and walked away. No napkins either. Then everything would have been okay if the food was good, since at the end of the day, it’s a restaurant, but it was just too sweet. I didn’t even know what I was eating.
I ordered General Tso chicken. The chicken ball sized chicken was more like a soggy fat ball then anything resembling chicken. I brought it back and the cashier was not empathetic. I asked for a refund and she denied me a refund. She said that I could have chicken pad Thai. I accepted. This dish was hardly better. The noodles were soggy and watery. The dish had no flavor. I will not be dining there ever again and I would rate my experience a 0/10.
Pad See ew was very salt, over sauced, and the noodle was undercooked. The soup base in their Tom Yon chicken noodle soup tasted like grocery store bought packaged powder in hot water. Overall very disappointing for $25.
