14$ for a box of rice and 5 pieces of mini nuggets? Well over priced. Never again
I normally like spicy food, but I wish the order instructions were followed or menu options were labeled more clearly on Ritual. Items ordered as “not spicy” were pretty spicy, and items ordered as “medium” were VERY spicy.
Very friendly service and the food was delicious and fresh. I will ask for less noodles in my soup next time otherwise 10/10. Love this place
Good portion and tasty
Since I didn’t have much time for lunch break, I chose the first thing I saw at the food court, big mistake! They call this salad?! It’s just pan fried vegetables!! What kind of salad is hot?! And they barely speak english! I asked what’s in the salad, and they just ordered it for me! I asked again and they said everything. Again I didn’t have much time so I just went along with it. Guess I was too naive to think how bad a veg salad could be, and the portion doesn’t worth $12 at all! What an awful experience! I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid this place!!

Best meal I've had from any Thai Express, ever!! Our order wasn't rushed, they really took their time incorporating all the flavors. It was the perfect balance between sauciness, spice, flavor, and goodness! Food was nice and hot, even by the time we got back to our place. Portion sizes are huge, definitely can get 2+ meals out of 1 order. They listened carefully to what we wanted and accommodated us by using a vegan sauce (instead of fish sauce). Protein is extra, which is understandable. I added tofu and eggplant to my order and they didn't skimp out at all.
Extremely bland. Very unusual for a thai express. Would not recommend anyone looking for flavor bother to eat from here.
