My experience here was not great due to the service. We arrived at 6:45pm and was seated promptly and our waitress wrote down the order for our drinks. After giving our drinks, I was ready to order however she placed the drinks down and didn't say anything and proceeded to the surrounding tables. I thought she'd come back to our table however she came back and skipped our table again. We did not order our food until 7:06pm.We ordered the trio dip, braised lamb shank and mushroom risotto. We were waiting for our app and our waitress did not walk by so did not give us the chance to follow up when the app was coming. At 735pm, our entrees come and we find out the app wasn't even punched in. So we basically didn't get any food for 50 minutes. The waitress came to ask if we still wanted the trio dip as she just put in the order which we declined.On a positive note, food was decent. My fiancé enjoyed his risotto.
Amazing service ?? excellent food. We went here for a birthday celebration ?. The service was outstanding and the staff helped us make the celebration even more special. We ordered the dip with chips and Naan. We also had a chicken Ceasar salad ?. For entrées we had steak ? and shrimp ?. All the food was fabulous ?? highly recommend this location
So many vacant seats and yet was told that the waiting time for inside seating was more than 20 minutes…
I'm giving Taylor's Landing a four star because there's a few things that could have been done better. To start off with the environment was great. Lots of light and bright open space which I loved.We were greeted by our server and then two minutes later we were greeted by a second server and then a third server came by. I was confused as I didn't know who was actually helping us as there were three different individuals.We ordered a sangria pitcher to start. The order was taken by one individual. Two minutes later we were asked by a different server if we were ready to order. There was so much confusion with our table that I wasn't sure if our orders were placed but once the food was brought out, I figured things were entered into the system.The food was 3/5. The fish tacos lacked flavour. They were bland and didn't have much of a kick to them. The sangria pitcher didn't seem like it had alcohol and tasted more like a fruit punch. The sticky toffee pudding was good until you tasted all sugar when you bit into it.Overall the ambiance was great but the food could be better.

Yesterday I tried Taylors landing, it has a nice interior design with a great lighting, about customer service, our server and staffs were so friendly and nice, and I believe the menu is reasonably priced, but when it comes to food, i ordered fish tacos and landing burger, the fish tacos was good, i like the taste, but my burger was awful, the veggie in burger is become too old, the lettuce wasn't fresh and tasted bitter, the meat of burger had very strong taste (definitely it was frozen meat), also the fries tasted old.
A glorious night to remember!Unfortunately, due to covid, my lady and i weren't able to have a date since we got together. Well, Saturday evening, that all changed. We decided to go to Taylor's Landing to celebrate our very first date together, and let me tell you, the staff went above and beyond to make our evening special.While making my reservation (which was easy peasy to do), i left a note letting them know it was our first date. When we arrived, we were greeted by Asia with a smile, and a congratulations on our big day. She led us to our seat, a comfy romantic booth, and again wished us a great day.Kaylee then came by with 2 glasses of champagne, on the house, wishing us a great day. She really made us feel special, and proved that we made the right choice in Taylor's Landing. It was a gesture that wasn't asked for, but a kind gesture that really meant a lot to us.The food was delicious, the staff were impeccable, and the evening was classy. It wasn't loud either.These are memories that last a lifetime. Years down the road, people will ask...where did you go on your first date? I'm proud to let them know it was Taylor's Landing.To Asia, Kaylee, and our server (i forgot her name, it starts with a T though)....thank you for making our very first date night the special evening it was. You are all gems, and part of our forever memories :)
the food was horrid but the atmosphere and service was great. unfortunately nothing could make up for the poor recipe combinations, rubbery steak, bacon jam burger - mean listen to the name bacon jam, its just as gross as it sounds. save your money and go elsewhere. drinks on the patio in the summer maybe but food never ever gain.
Really enjoyed the experience - friendly staff, great food, liked that the manager came around and checked on us. I liked how they paid attention to detail (the manager asked if there was a reason for our visit and we said to celebrate my wife's bday, the next thing we knew, she delivered a bday treat for my wife - thats great customer service!) - the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because we had a craving for nachos and they had run out when we tried to order bit otherwise, we will definitely come back again!
