Worst service ever.. don’t waste your money.The bathrooms are dirty and not kept clean.People have to wait for tea. The bridal room doesn’t not have a mirror. There are flies everywhere inside the banquet hall and the owner is a rip off.He does not check vaccination cards at the door like he said and he wanted to charge me 100 dollars for checking.. no one checked!
The team at Taj banquet hall , always have been great to deal with. I have had many corporate events in this location. Great staff, very attentive and willing to help with any requests, lots of parking space definitely recommend.

Had my wedding there. eating and drinking utensils were dirty. Not only that they stole all my centerpieces and family friends traditional China peices then when I went back they lied and said they don't have it or never seen it. They rushed us out after my wedding after we paid for the entire night . Then I attended another event there last December and the restrooms were horrible truly disgusting . tip: if you're planning on going here make sure you have your eyes open . Good space but terrible service and servers .
If you want to be EMBARRASSED in front of your guests then sure go ahead and book this hall. No one in their perfect state of mind would actually host here! It was our bad luck that we had to deal with this banquet hall. WORST MISTAKE!! We hold parties throughout the year with our regular banquet hall but unfortunately this time they didn’t have any available date so we had to book TAJ BANQUET HALL and give it a try.But trust me this was a huge mistake! I think it would feel better if we actually flushed our money in toilet instead of wasting it on this banquet hall.The hall was extremely dirty. They didn’t clean the hall beforehand and left the same table covers, chair covers (full of stains) and decoration from the night before. There were trash laying around on the ground under the tables (Starbucks cups, tissue papers). They didn’t even bother taking out the ugly decoration from the night before, the balloons were still flying above our heads. We had originally planned to decorate it with our own decorations but we couldn’t do it because of all this mess!Right before dinner time, the manager threatened us if we don’t pay extra they wouldn’t serve us food and they would kick us out! Of course, to prevent any more embarrassment we HAD to pay extra just so he could provide us with food. Trust me this hall is a SCAM!!! They just want your money no matter what. They will find random reasons just so they could charge you more.The food was horrible.The plates were dirty, they had food stains all over. They provided disposable cups for drinks. Seriously? A banquet hall this big cant afford proper glasses/cups.I don’t believe all the positive reviews here. Absolutely not. I’m one hundred percent sure, the positive reviews here are written by the management themselves.I attached some pictures of the dessert they provided. Look at the presentation! If you’re willing to provide food with a presentation or quality like this and if you’re willing to ruin your image in front of your guests then this is the perfect hall to do so. The white dessert (firni) was liquid!! The strawberries in the fruit platter were all rotten. Look at the amount of jellies they provided in one plate and look at the presentation. That’s the amount they provided for over 100 people.You can see for yourself!Don’t get fooled by the management. They are extremely rude. They do not care about your image in front of your guests, they only care about money!I don’t write reviews often but I had to, for this business because I don’t want anyone else to get scammed and go through the embarrassment we went through.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff here is rude in many ways.The way this guy was talking to us was not very professional. We booked a room but he gave to someone else and he didn’t even care. We even informed our relatives about the booking before we went to confirm it. The owner acted like he was innocent and thought we were overreacting. We know many people who have had bad experiences with this place. DO NOT COME HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT! I will never come here again!
