Waited in the drive thru line for over half an hour and when we pulled to the speaker they played a “we’re closed” recording. There were lots of cars behind and people were mad because we all just waited for so long. The employee came on and said they’re out of everything. This was a lie because we just heard the person in front of us place a big order. This is also a Taco Bell and KFC so you expect us to believe you’re out of everything??? This was also well before their closing time. The person behind me and I said they should have sent someone out to let the cars waiting know that they were out of things. The employee said “I don’t know you so why would we care”. I can’t believe it. I work in customer service myself so I’m shocked. I’ll never go back to this location.
Saw the drive thru guy with the hand tatts picking his nose at the window. Threw my food out cause I didn’t ask for that kinda seasoning ?
First off they cant make food, its nothing but tortillas and taco shells, nothing in between. Second, if you want hot sauce they will give you 1 or maybe 2 if your lucky. Third they cant get an order right to save their lives, might as well close your eyes and just tell them to suprise you when you order. Dont go here!
Drive thru service is the worst, they get mad when you order more than one thing. Dude was huffing and puffing when i tried to order a 2nd item, bro it’s your job to take food orders lmao. I just told him forget it and drove off.
Never have any of the food items in stock and say the drinks aren’t working horrible customer service go to another location
The employees are teenagers fighting between them, the food made me feel sick!!!
Customer service here is terrible staff needs to be retrained. They speak over you when you attempt to order and if you correct them or mention the order is incorrect they become agitated. Cmon youre a paying customer show a little customer service. Completely rude staff and location has a wasp infestation with traps that havent been emptied in months.. really appealing, dead wasps that have mummified while you wait. This place violates their food handlers permit daily and im sure ontario health would have a field day never eating at this location again disgusting service and handling practices
