Hot Pot Chinese

Placed order on Dec 30/20 for pick up Dec 31/20 at 5 pm. The idiots lost the order and the woman distributing the order was rude and arrogant. Totally disorganized, These idiots deserve to lose their business during Covid.

We take out regularly from here. Their hot sour soup is the best I've ever had. So many great dishes. I'm a big fan of this place and the quality of their food. Highly highly recommend.

NO SERVICE. NOT WORTH IT. TRUST ME DONT EVEN COME.

When our food arrived, this was when things went downhill. Firstly, the soup base clearly lacked flavour. Moving on to the meat, I noticed that the meat was frozen when they served it to us. What was shocking was seeing the staff restocking the the beef slices (instead of slicing in-house) with pre-packaged beef slices you usually see at supermarkets. As a result, the beef slices were very chewy. The beef ribs that they recommended were tough and flavourless. I wouldn't even recommend eating this type of cut for hot pot. We also got the sirloin. This was pre-cooked so you just had to "heat" it up in the soup. This was my favourite. It was pretty tender and nice. Everything tasted as if it came from a freezer - which is probably the case. Food here was pretty much flavourless. Not even the sauce could save my bland quail eggs.

Good food, friendly, reasonably priced. Great place to meet friends & share dishes. Clean, friendly atmosphere.

The worst hot pot I have ever had in my life. Greasy and gross. Taste is plain, nothing special. Service is bad too. You need to constantly ask to add soup otherwise nobody really cares. The signature beef is frozen and not marinated at all. It’s just straight out from the fridge. Definitely not worth the price.

No service, they don't set the table for drinks, plates, chopsticks and napkins. You have to pay tips for no service. The food is terrible. Hot pot soup is not fresh, poor quality meat. 28.99 per person, after tax and tips is 37. You can treat yourself better.Cash only, you know, the trick for cash only.

We visited on a Friday evening with friends. Reservations are recommended as it's not a very big space and tables fill up quickly. We ordered hot and sour soup, their specialty crispy ginger chicken, beef and broccoli, shanghai noodles and rice. Everything was very good. The service was excellent. The price is reasonable, food delicious, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. We will definitely go back.

Been going here for over two decades. Great and consistent food. Very busy restaurant. Great for fix lunches too. Highly recommended.
