One of the best restaurants I ever been in. The service was on top from the entrance until We left the place. What I appreciated from the service was that the server didn’t invade our privacy nor let us be with out service far to long it was just the perfect timing. We ordered the food and it arrived in time, the test and quality was amazing.I would definitely recommend this place to everyone reading this and ANYONE I KNOW.Best Swiss Chalet ever.
I ordered for take-out and the service was really good! Our ribs and chicken were cooked very nicely. The staff that we interacted with was very professional and attentive. The service was also quick when I picked up the food. Overall rewarding experience!
My first time at this location and the service was great! the staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was at this location was spot on! I have to say my experience with our server Sam. He was extremely professional, neat, kind and accommodating. Definitely will be back my new favorite location!
Loved the double leg and fries. Always a go to here. I alternate between the fries and ceasar salad with my meal. My wife loves their quarter white meal.The staff are very friendly and treat us like family.Great place
I love Swiss Chalet, but this location at York Mills and Leslie is the worst experience I have ever at. I placed and order on March 7 for the new hand breaded fish. The cook had no ide what hand breaded was. I got cold food and a skimpy piece of dry fish that had the batter come off the fish. I called to complain and customer service was like you choose if you want a $5.00 credit or a piece of fish sent to you. I spent $32.00 and you are going to insult me with a $5.00 credit. I was transferred to the store and I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that the manager had left already and the other person in charge was in a meeting and could not be disturbed. He took my name and number and said he had to follow rules and was not allowed to disturb the meeting.. I will never go to that York MillsResturant ever again. You spend your hard earned money and you get treated as if they are doing you a favour.
I had the fish & chips after a long time, and it was amazing! Well seasoned battered fillets with a traditional kick and the convenience of fries & coleslaw served right alongside. The service was great and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend for everyone to try it.
I went to this location with my friends and we ordered some ribs and chicken the food was amazing and server was very friendly. I would like to go again to this location.
After waiting an hour for our order, they forgot forgot an entire entree. The forgotten item was “rushed” over in an hour. No apology. So waited 2 hours for food to come from a restaurant 10 min away. My entire family had finished their meals by the time I got mine. Quick to take my money though! Will not be ordering Swiss Chalet ever again. There are plenty of other options out there with better service and staff who care about getting it right for the customer.

The owner was a mean man who wouldn't replace my meal or compensate it after they had given me the wrong order. He wanted the chicken back that they had gave me when everyone knows it is going in the garbage. Yes, I had already driven home and come back. He offered no apology on behalf of their error.
