To whom it may concern,Dining at this Swiss Chalet was a terrible experience and was certainly not recommended. My order was a dish of fried chicken with fries and some salad. The food arrived late and cold, which was the first disappointment of the experience.I was surprised to find that the chicken was not cooked properly, it was still raw. I’ve ordered take-out here several times in the past and most of the time the meat has blood in it.In addition, my friends and I were very disappointed to be greeted by a rude and unfriendly waiter. The waiter proceeded to complain about the amount of our tip.I certainly don’t recommend dining at Swiss Chalet. There are many other restaurants you can visit and spend a great time at for half the price you will spend at Swiss Chalet.Irene
Chan is an organized server; I appreciate his timing. Good job! Although Sunday lunch was busy, my main course was served promptly after finishing the appetizer. I like how my fries were crispy.

My service with Wendy was excellent. Very quick and pleasant and accommodating right from the beginning. Always check how we were doing even though she had many other tables. Great Server! Best Swiss Chalet experience so far
For many years , members of my family have been regulars of this shop and we are all deeply impressed by the service provided by Chan who is polite, helpful, smart and cheerful. He knows all about the menu and products of the restaurant, with his recommendations which are all customer oriented, we really enjoy our gatherings with the food and drink, not to mention his service.
The food was delicious and our waitress, Wendy was awesome! Couldn’t of had a better late night meal with a pleasant server! Had a good time! Thanks for the Mother’s Day chocolate!
We had an amazing dinner tonight and Monica made it extra special! She was very thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. For example, when she noticed that me and my partner were sharing the salad, she came by to give us an extra plate without us having to ask for it. 5 star service!
My friend Bernie and I have been coming to the Bayview & Cummer branch of Swiss Chalet, twice a month, for approximately 10 years and we have always found the service and quality of food, to be very good, but it has been even better lately since we have been looked after by Monica. She is a delight and always has a smile on her face (which it is not hard to see through her mask). We look forward to our visits, as long as we are given our regular booth which Monica looks after. Wendy was wonderful. She was extremely polite, sat us, took our order and served us very quickly. The portion size was good and the food was delicious. I would definitely go back.
Due to Covid, it's been a while since we visited Swiss Chalet. After a busy week day, not much time left for cooking so we decided to go out and grab a quick and easy dinner. Our server, Wendy, was fantastic as she effiicently and cheerfully took our orders and brought our meals to us really quickly. Each of our meals were great and this was exactly what we needed to end off a busy weeknight.
