I tried this place because I needed somewhere to eat breakfast on Canada Day. Prices in general are very good. For the best bang for your buck, definitely get the meat lover's wrap. Potato fries were kind of soggy but still worth it for the price.
Been @ different sunset grill & all of them i visited are good but this location is insane the portion of the food is very small its not even enough for little kid. The potatoes were very salty too. Not fair for the price or they better charge extra money for a proper size of food. Servers are very good. Franchise owner just very greed
Great Value & very good portions. Seated promptly and Alyssa was our server, very friendly, very good service, orders taken in good time. Food looked and tasted great. Lots of options on menu, something for everyone.
First time trying Sunset Grill, was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and value! Some of my favourites are the brioche bun breakfast sandwiches, steak and eggs, very filling omelettes and to top it off with some pancakes. The service also made my experience, particularly from Charlotte, cheerful and friendly! She went out of her way to customise our pancakes into cute cartoon characters. If you're looking for a family friendly place and to start your day off right, Sunset Grill is the best breakfast place in town. Have tried other diners in town and just doesn't compare, Sunset Grill has spot-on standards and service everytime. Thanks again!
Have been ordering from them almost monthly since they opened, never once disappointed.Remember this isn't going to be a 5 star restaurant with a famous chef, this is just good easy breakfast for anyone who's hungry.The portions are pretty decent, it has been hit and miss with the potatoes, but it's still pretty good value overall for the cost and quality of food.Definitely worth visiting or ordering for take out any day of the week.
This place can get very busy so maybe think of an alternate place if you're coming as a big group. Staff is very friendly and food is good. The brioche breakfast sandwich wasn't as tasty as we hoped. Guess it's a preference thing but I think it would taste better on a crunchier bread as opposed to super soft. Definitely a place I'd recommend.
Good service and nice people. However, the food is too much like fast food. For thr price, it would have been great to have some vegetables or fruits next to a meal. I'd suggest Cora's another breakfast place that offers that.
I love this Sunset Grill - it's bright and very home-y! Servers Alyssa and Charlotte make such a great team. The food is consistently good too. During peak times, there is a slight wait, but it's understandable! It's great to see the place buzzing after such a long time! The food and service is definitely worth the wait!
Lovely place to have good breakfast. Ambiance is good. Food is delicious, decent price and customer service is great!The girl who took our order was very sweet & helpful as well. She was knowledgeable. She made sure our experience is great. Other staff member at cash were also very polite and was curious to know how the experience was? This branch genuinely cared about the customer experience.This location is clean and COVID-19 protocols are throughly followed.This was the third time breakfast here and each time I loved it.Will go here again.
I order here as its closest to my home. I always order over medium which should have some yoke you can dip.The potatoes or home fries are always burnt. Which is so dissapointing to me because i used to really like them. Everytime I place the online order and put lite rye as that option is given, i always end up with dark rye and when i call they say they have no lite rye(but everytime?) I think they should contact the customer when they don't have an option requested instead of assuming it's okay to provide a substitute to what is paid for.Overall i am not impressed with this. As a result, I have no choice to start driving a bit further to get my food at another location.*please be more customer focused.* make sure the food order is the food recieved. Burnt potatoes no one pays for. Bread requested is bread that should be recieved. Would love for this place to be up to par and correct the consistent issues mentioned to them that get no resolve.
