0 star... no business sense.... very bad customer service.Everytime their is a missing item like southwest sauce, black olive, spinach, and green olive etc.we went to subway today at 8pm and the employ told us our today new policy is only 2 line sauce we can put. . i will never go thier.cheap mentaliy of owner and they want full $ 9 for veg subway.and they never accept coupan.

Worst customer service... If the management wanna know who was it then check for whoever was working on May2nd at 1 pm. The dude does not know a single thing about customer service. First of all he does not greet, then while making the sandwichs I specifically told him what I want and in which one but he did not listen. I kept on saying hey, excuse me, dude that's not what I want but he did not hear, the whole store heard me saying all that but he just didn't. When he heard me, he started to argue that you asked me to put this and that which I never did. I guess he was making a sandwiches for himself.. I asked him to remove everything (three topings that he put in there) he literally scooped off the bread along with the veggies. Had been so rude. I have 2 subways near my place but still I go to this location during night because of the customer service. The night crew is awesome. I wanted to order a few more things but the rudeness and attitude of this guy stopped me from ordering more. He wasn't interested in working, is the management forcing him to work against his will? If he isn't happy serving and making sandwiches then please don't force the poor guy I think he is hurting inside....
Great service and sandwiches. Will definitely go back to get more sandwiches some time soon.

First subway I've went and had the worst veggie sandwich. There is only 3 bread options, The bread was very hard as if it was made a few days ago, also they were very stingy with the toppings. Very disappointing....

Very worthless experience over in this Subway Sandwich Shop. I had gone to take out the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, one white lady came and she saw I am in the waiting line, but she didn't listen and instead starting ordering her own Sandwich. I told her you should wait behind me instead she started shouting and being rude to me. The person who was in charge didn't say anything. One of the worst Subway Sandwich stores I have come across. There are no ethics in the people that don't respect social distancing and weird signs around in the store. I feel whoever is running this shop business should shutdown the Subway Sandwich Franchise. Either they don't know how to run the business or they aren't business-minded people. I don't have the pictures of the store with me. But, I am not going again in this store to buy a Subway Sandwiches for take-out. Not interested in doing business of any with this Franchise. I won't even give a 0 rating to this Subway Sandwich location ?.

Horrible, don't go to the subway at Roger's and keele st. Under staffed, staff doesn't know how to make a club sandwich, makes u wait while they fill skip the dishes, or stops in the middle of making your sub ? To service skip the dishes
