We come to this location at around 9:30 and this is every time problem. The guy who make our subway always messes up our order . Hé doesn’t know how to close the sub?i didn’t even get all the veggies if he Wants to complain about too much veggies, and that was the reason he was not able to close the sub, this was not even the case. Every single time he does this like what the heck!! He wear glasses I don’t know the name exactly. We got 3 sub and one he made the first time was burned, so we asked for replacement and then he just wrapped it with the paper as if it’s gonna close. When I open my sub it’s all over the wrap,how am i suppose to eat it ???
Please do not order anything from this subway. I ordered a veg delite sub since I am a vegetarian but they sent me meat in there which is against my religion. Then I called them and the guy was of no help and refused to give me a refund. Please do not order from here. Hope this helps
I generally order my sub at midnight and the staff is always very polite and listens to all my requests! Thankyou guys!
I don't was wrong with the person cashing me out, but she was very rude. Had no customer service skills. I had ti ask for someone else to cash me out because she didn't even ask how I paying she just put the debit with her attitude. I was so mad
As convenient and appealing as this location was the service left us feeling uneasy and unsatisfied. We ordered 3 subs, 2 of the 3 were 6inch. Right away they started asking if we were sure and saying we should get footlongs. They were really pushing extra bacon and extra cheese. This continued for all 3 subs - upsell, upsell, upsell. We wanted to make 2 combos with soup which we were surprised they did not have at 2pm on a Thursday. When we went to pay their debt machine automatically goes to the tip screen. When we tried to cancel it didn't go away without picking a percentage. When we told the cashier she seemed annoyed that we had asked. When we got home we were surprised at how soggy the packaging was considering how close we live. Which we discovered upon opening was because they only wrapped it in the subway wrapping and not the white sandwich wrappings. The subs seemed really skimpy in both size and ingredients. Defiantly not what we expected from a huge franchise like subway.
Terrible service!!! made a mistake with our sandwich and put spicy sauce, but wouldn't make a new one
Don't prioritize uber orders and they make uber drivers wait a longgggggggg time because orders are never ready when they should be. They don't apologize for the wait or even offer the driver a beverage (gesture of appreciation for patience). Truly unprofessional.

Liberal with the sauces but SO stingy with everything else. Barely got any chicken in my chicken and bacon sandwich. Also, no such thing as social distancing in here, the signs on the ground are just for show.
Wow got a crispy chicken sidekick today OMG you even hold with your fingers to eat is sooooo small that is not funny and if you cheese they charge extra I paid $4.80 for a sandwich that you can’t even eat and if you ask topping you have paid extra now I know why subway is not a place to eat anymore what a Waste of money
