Very bad location. I was waiting the guy didn't even ask what is my order .the guy just came from the washroom was served first .customer service is really bad!
Very rude and unprofessional guy. I entered the restaurant and he was saying your order is not ready without asking what is my order or my name. He served some other people and says oh its was ready couple's of minutes ago.
Staff observe proper hygiene- replacing gloves before handling food. Place always clean, not to mentiont the nice staff preparing my fresh sandwiches.
They basically close an hour early. I'm trying to use a promo code. I have to order online apparently. But 1hr before store close you can't order online anymore. I am so GD sick of how disorganized Subway is. Half the stores don't participate in promos half the stores close an hour early and it's always a gamble to which store operates in their way. It's dumb, zero stars for zero service.
ORDERED FOOTLONG SUB AT THIS LOCATION THROUGH APP AND PAID VIA CREDIT CARDBUT WHEN WE REACHED FOR PICKUP RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED. HORRIBLE AND PATHETIC SERVICE.I RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL AFTER 50 MIN OF MY ORDER SAYING THAT STORE WAS CLOSED FOR EMERGENCY REASON AND OFFER ME THE REFUND WHICH I CONFIRMED OVER EMAIL TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND PROCESS THE REFUND. CAN YOU SHOW US WHO PICKED UP THE ORDER BEFORE ACCUSING.

Employee decides to be really honest about being lazy to get the device to scan QR codes for dinning The young lady was overall friendly and provided fast service but lacks to serve proper procedures in changing gloves and giving her professionalism to customers.
Had the worst encounter with this short dark skinned Sri Lankan looking server at this subway. Extremely rude and nasty customer service, won't be going back here again
Always lie about losing washroom keys even that you are a customer. If someone needs urgent bathroom, they lie even if you are a customer. They do try NOT willingly make full scoope unless you make them aware of it. So don't be shy for asking to fill on how it's advertised. Everything else ok
Server thrown the sandwich after wrapping . Even while making the subway server was rude. Server was cleaning when I went. She didn’t wash the hand and with that hand touched gloves and worn it. Ordered veggie subway but had to opt out few veggies due to bad qualities especially lettuce, pickle. Will never come again.worst experience
Only one employee was working and she was working very hard to quickly prepare everyone's order. The bread was a little over-toasted/hard on my sub but that's okay. Thank you
