Ridiculously slow service crew's they were seven of them and we don't understand what are they doing, we stayed in a long queue! And waited long as well!
Super fast service verly friendly snd coperative staff. Give the customer full description , availability n choosing the drink

The coffee and service here is awful. During our last two visits they took about 20-30 minutes to complete our mobile order which was only 2 drinks. It is always the coffee, just a black coffee, that they take forever with. Even worst, the one from yesterday was gritty because of grinds in it. And today, when they handed it to us it was lukewarm already. I didn’t have another 20 minutes to waste waiting for a new cup of hot coffee. I don’t understand how fraps, lattes, and more complicated drinks can come out faster than a black coffee and then the quality is always questionable.
Barista was so friendly and service was quick! I love trying different drink combinations at Starbucks and recently discovered a new spring fav (left)! ?? I can appreciate that it's a Sat and there's increased traffic in the mall, but to have more than 50 people waiting for their order something is not right...Unfortunately I couldn't take a photo to post as well.I had to wait for over 25 min...???
Lazy staff very slow. Huge line up with only one out of 5 people working. The rest we’re playing around pretending to work.
Very poor service. Order a Iced Coffee and got a glass full of ice and 10% coffee. Very pathetic service.
Long wait times. The latte was very good.
There's always 1 barista there that's rude and they're constantly forgetting something in my order or making it wrong, like today. I ordered a peach green tea with lemonade, which is an add-on, and they didn't put in any lemonade. It's annoying because these are careless mistakes that could have been avoided had they taken the extra second to read my order.
