Good but a bit too busy. Try ordering online or do drive through
Been to many starbucks with you know good days and bad days and most of the time they taste terrible... this place has the best staff and the best drinks. They make it so well! Every drink tastes AMAZING. The only time I've been disappointed was when I ordered something through the drivethrough and ended up getting something completely different (guess they misheard me) XD but the drink still tasted great! =)
So many people in line, but that didn’t matter. They have the kinks worked out here. I got my drinkS so fast. And the cafe mocha was PERFECT.
I just order a grande dragon fruit and Egg white wrap,I asked for a cup of ice the same size as the grande..whoever this lady was that was training the girl on the cash told her that they were running out of ice so give me a small cup instead…while waiting for my order,a customer came up and asked for some ice and the same lady gave the customer a grande size full of ice ,the Customer had a larger cup of ice already mixed with their drink…I wanted to cause a ruckus ,but I don’t argue on a empty stomach…I realize I wasn’t her nationality,I find that ppl of those race do more for their kind than others …I hope she is reading this,next time I’m gona voice my opinion….period!!!..by the way the dragon fruit was delicious!!!!and it was her that made it!
I think this is my favourite Starbucks. A big, bright, modern space with a huge outdoor patio, the usual innovative Starbucks products and (tonight anyway) a friendly, exuberant and outgoing staff who go the extra mile and seem to really enjoy being there. A great place to spend a few hours --and even when i'm just picking up an order to go, this Starbucks lifts my spirits!
Quick and easy drive thru. Service was friendly and quick. It's a small parking lot and drive thru but they are quick so no issues. If you are ordering something complicated you might want to take a walk inside.
Although staff are nice but place is dirty with old furniture and table .
Every time you go there for mobile pick up and wanting to ask for something all the staff just have their heads down trying to avoid eye contact, even ignores you when you try to get their attention. Or if you're patiently waiting there for almost 10mins, still no one acknowledges or asks if there's anything they can help with. I understand that it's a very busy location, however, perhaps something like coffee stoppers and trays should be either left out for customers to take themselves or have the stoppers on the drinks already? Also considering there there are two drinks or more in one mobile order, maybe an option to have a tray should either be added in the app or already given. Despite the long lines, every time I go thru drive thru it has been great!
It's raining and cold outside but I had to take my espresso outside of this Starbucks store to drink it. Two staffs wouldn't allow me to stay indoor to enjoy my espresso today. I'm a triple-vaccinated US visitor but do not have Canadian QR code. They insisted that no QR code no sitting but they're ignorant of the Ontario government law that allows out of country visitors who cannot legally obtain Canadian QR code to prove his vaccination by showing appropriate (see attached) documents that I was ready to show them. I've told them about this but they will have none of it! embarrassing me! made me look like a fool in front of other patrons. Btw, I was able to sit inside of this same Sbucks two days ago when another staff allowed me to stay inside. So today's response was both surprising and upsetting. Well anyhow I'm going back to States in a couple of days and will enjoy Sbucks indoors there. No QR code needed there! I like Starbucks but staffs in this location need to be trained better; both in rules-wise and in being cordial to their patrons.
I love spending time in this place. The quality of drinks are excellent and the staff are very nice and friendly. There is a lot of room to read or work here and there are power outlets if you’re going to work with a laptop. Highly recommended!
