Best Starbucks location I ever visited. All the drinks taste much better at here than other Starbucks locations.
The guy taking orders at the drivethru gave off such good energy aw. Then the girl at the window topped it off. I really just wanted to come say thanks for having such lovely staff members.
Had Robert at the drive-thru only once but I love him his energy was great he was an absolutely lovely man he deserves several bouquets. Sadly, about 20 minutes after getting my venti peach iced green tea lemonade it was absolutely demolished and emptied itself into my cupholder but it is okay.
I order a pickup over the phone the nd they said they can't give me bags after insisting they put them in bags but they did not put the stoppers and by the time i reach my destination it was looking like this. How can they say the bags are for only uber eats u dnt want ur customers to come to Starbucks and only order through uber eats ? I didn't want to start my morning like that.
This is my favourite location everyone is awesome and super friendly. Although Sarah has impressed me time and time again with her immaculate customer service skills. Every time I come here I hope to get served by her she’s awesome!

I've been coming to this Starbucks location for a little while now. The staff is stellar-plus... the cat's whiskers. I have worked in customer service and management, and I know what good customer service should be. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be sure to visit.Perhaps this is the platinum-bar store for Toronto Starbucks operations....
Love this coffee shop. I'm not a big fan of other Starbucks around my place, but the staff in this location has made this store a nice place.
Dave was such a sweetheart, I asked him to write a birthday message on the cup for a friend and it was such a sweet message, really made my and my friends day 10/10! Brought tears to my eyesThe only downfall was caitlyns horrible service. I try to be sympathetic towards customer service employees but that doesn’t mean you can be rude to customers and your coworkers. She needs a serious attitude adjustment.
