The food and cleanness were good especially love their poutine, however, we really didn’t enjoy being constantly interrupted by the waitress in middle of raptors’ game especially like 30 seconds to end that she asked if we are ready to pay now.. May 2022 edit: they have been getting better and better. Despite the pandemic's influence on the business, the effort and quality just keep on rising. The food has been always fresh, no left over refried stuff. The service has always been top notch. I'm surprised of the effort they put into and aim for. You can tell there is a lot of love and hard work behind the business front. Good job ?Previous review: ⭐⭐⭐ Good place to watch any Sports' event. It is a little small, but they can accommodate you in the second floor where there is another bar and more spots.WiFi never works here; you should fix this issue.
If you want to get headache or sick this is the place to be…Whoever did the planning and setup for this branch apparently was not aware that there will be servers moving around with food to serve; narrow aisles, very close seats that you are hearing everything surrounding tables are discussing, I got physical contact with adjacent table customers.TVs were all running with the volume maximized and the restaurant was fully packed and ALL customers were talking loudly due to the loud TVs (even playing different channels that you don’t recognize what’s going on).The servers are the best, they look exhausted and tired but they keep the smile and an outstanding attitude, they clean and sanitize the tables well.The food is amazing; we ordered wings and they have plenty of sauces that will satisfy your taste buds however it takes FOREVER to get your order.

Chicken wings were so dry and cold, it seems that they fried a big batch and added different sauces for each order. It was not the first time this happened to me in St. Louis though! This time I decided to never go back to any location of this franchise again unless I want to buy “wings poutine” which is the only thing I get and most of the time is fresh!

Alexis and Patty are fantastic servers. In fact everyone are super serversExtremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I love going to the location in Vaughan. The manager is also very friendly. We go at least every week. The wings and the burgers are delicious. Thank you for great service.
