Just moved to the area and wanted to try some of the local restaurants and this has become a family favourite already. The food we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious!! In particular, their sliced pork and spare ribs are crazy good. The sliced pork though…OMG so tender and moist and juicy and just great. I can’t wait to try some other dishes!
I just tasted the most grotesque Chinese food I ever tasted in my life! Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a basic mixed vegetable stir fry and when I went to eat it it tasted absolutely disgusting. it smelt and tasted of chemicals! no joke! CHEMICALS! It smelt like putrefaction with hints of plasticine. I Spat out everything and immediately threw everything in the garbage. Worst Chinese food experience of my life. AVOID AT ALLLLL COSTSSSS!!!!!!!
We loved their food it’s really good however this is the second time we ordered and the food was late. Tonight we ordered at 5:30, they said it would be 45 minutes and we’re still waiting after an hour and a half. Very disappointing. If they are too busy to keep up they have to stop taking orders or something. We won’t order from them again
Spring china house is a pretty good chineese takeout place! i ordered the dinner for 2 for pickup and the portion sizes and the taste was pretty standard and good! I was a little annoyed from the person that picks up the phone because she was rushing me + mean/angry tone but when I went to get the food there were alot of people so thats probably why! Overall quick and tasty chinese food will come back later!
I wished I could give them ZIRO stars!! NOT Recommended!!The lady who answered the phone was so rude ! I ordered our dinner from them and waited for 55 min ,when I called to see how long more we should wait, reception told me "do you want to cancel your order " This is not a customer service at all! after 55 min you should say sorry and explain how long more I should wait to get my order!! Not Recommended at all
We order from here a couple times a year when we are in the mood and honestly it's not bad! Love their portion sizes and their delivery is really quick. From my experience this spot is reliable and I have yet to get an order that is cold or the food tastes bad. We are ordering from here Christmas Eve this year and have been looking forward to it for a while! Merry Christmas Spring China House!
I tried to order twice on different occasions form here and they are so rude. They hung up on me because they are to busy. I will never give them my business ever. I try to support the small businesses around but this one lost a customer for ever. Oh yeah NO customer service at all.
Attention to Customer Service: TerribleThe young woman who answers the phone speaks very quickly, in a sharp tone, sometimes says Hello but not always and asks for your order as if you were reporting for military service. She is never friendly and never smiles when you pick up your order. Ordering from this establishment is not a pleasant experience.Portion Sizes: InconsistentI regularly order the same Combo for One, with the same main dish, a side of rice and a choice of a side dish. The size of the portion of the main dish has never been consistent. One evening, the quantity of food served as the main dish did not fill space provided in the food container. I felt ripped off.There are better options than Spring China House
I am very disappointed! I am a regular customer but I will never order again! After paying all the expensive delivery fees, I get a small soup which is only priced $5.95 for around $14 and each time something is wrong! Last 2 times my food arrived cold! And tonight, they did not include any of the usual sides in the bag! The soya sauce hot sauce and fortune cookie was missing! I will not order through uber eats anymore and especially not from this restaurant. Charge people sooo much money and give such cheap service :(( very unfair!
I ordered for the first time today from the Sheppard East location. Great customer service, generous portions, and tasty. I will come back.
