I visited this restaurant for the first time tonight. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed -- particularly with the flavour of the food or the lack thereof. I ordered a chicken shawarma plate and though the food was fresh, the serving was generous and the guy who served me was friendly, it didn't quite satisfy my palate. I would only recommend this place for the convenience, since they are open late; however, not for a night out on the town.
Very poor experience. They were understaffed when I came in until another worker showed up late. The late worker started rushing and barely put in any chicken into the wrap I ordered. It was basically a salad wrap. I was already waiting 20mins for it to be made because they were making more fresh chicken to add into it but the new worker disregarded that and no one stopped him.Although I thought the food tasted pretty good I'm pretty sure I won't be coming here again.
I’ve been coming here for 10 years but recently, I don’t know whats going on with this place. They raised the price of the chicken shawarma plate from $12.99 to $13.99, then to $16.99 within months. The size of the takeout containers changes every time I go, the amount of food gets smaller and smaller.This is my experience, please decide on your own.
I ordered one beef shawarma sandwich and there were a few people after me. The guy put vegetable for me and stood me up for 15 minutes although I was the first in line. When I asked why, he said he had to cut meat. When he started to put meat, he gave me cold and burned beef. It tasted awful. I love shawarma but this was a Terrible experience
Very disappointed. We ordered chicken shawarma combo and beef shawarma combo from Uber eat, we didn’t receive any pops, we received wraps!! I checked the pictures online, combo is supposed to be meat, sauce, fries in a box and with Pop on the side! Fries are cold. That’s not what I want, so sad.
Some of the best shawarma in the city. Like actually authentic and I love seeing my people flourish, employing actual Turkish folks, and make good food instead of another culturally appropriated franchise for the bland tastebuds of the blogto basics
I got a piece of plastic in my food actually worried I ate the other part of it. This is terrible, I need a response. Didn’t pick up the phone when I called them
The wraps are a good size. But they didn't put or put very little garlic sauce in the shawarma wraps, couldn't taste or see any garlic sauce. Not a lot of fries on the shawarma combo.Don't know why they stopped selling baklava on Doordash.
If you ever order something and u recieve exactly wat u order or write a review and its been followed correctly u have won the lottery !!The chicken is so messed up that u are gonna be throwing up for 3 days straight .U order drinks 80% of the time u dont recieve itThe food is seriohsly horrible . I am suprise why they do t close it
Very disappointed.The two guys working at 1am on January 20th are very unprofessional and a bad reflection of your business. They were moving extremely slow, and made our sandwiches very poorly. The sandwiches had almost no chicken, and did not taste as good as usual. The experience tonight was 0/10, I would give 0 stars if I could. This is coming from a previously very regular customer. I don't know that I will come back again for such bad service.
