I liked the food, good place for dining after parties or concerts .Good service and nice peopleMy friend ordered a wrong pizza and they changed it for her without asking any questions.
I got a Veal Tongue sandwich and a Mix Brain and Tongue sandwich from the North York branch. I found a big bunch of hair in one of the sandwiches. This was so disgusting. The bunch of hair was big that could not be missed by the staff if they were a little bit cautious about hygene.
Our friends and us had a wonderful time. Sandwich zaban was great but kabas tanori was the best. Staff were friendly and helpful Specially Mr Navid who is the manager. Highly recommended.
Loved their special pizza! Perfect place for late night dinner! You can enjoy so many Persian fusion food options there. The service is decent, nothing fancy though!
I tried different persian style pizza all around the city & this one was not good enough if you compare to the similar ones.The quality was not good at all & the pizza dough didn’t seam fresh.Anyway, I tried it once & will never try this again.
Dropped in for dinner with friends, good place to have a few drinks and persian style fast/hangover food. Enjoyed the pizza and steak sandwich, service was good and staff were friendly. Would drop in again to try their burgers some time.
I used to love coming to Rose New York, but I was so disappointed this time around. My friend and I ordered the cheese burgers and fries. The fries was great but the burger was so uncooked and tasted horrible. We didn’t even have 2 bites of it. The waiter asked if there was anything wrong and she offered to bring another order. We ordered something else, as we didn’t even touch the burgers. They charged us for both meals and for the persian doogs that we didn’t even have. As a restaurant, you should have the common courtesy to not charge your customers when you messed up the order. Or at least cook the meat. They didn’t even mention that they’d be charging us for it. When I brought it up to the server, she said it’s not my problem, I have to charge you. It’s not even the money, it’s the lack of professionalism and courtesy. Rose New York is simply not the same anymore and the customer service needs immense improvement.
Ordered the pizza and roses fries to take out. Paid $31 but the size of pizza i got was a bit bigger than small. Fries had just a bit stuff on it tase was very bad. Come one in this market you guys need to provide better quality
The place was clean and freindly.The price Was fair.The food quality was good.
I don't want to say their food is the best, but the staff and owner are really nice people. They played song, danced with us, waited to serve us after their normal hours, and gave us free wine. What else should I have to enjoy being there?Regarding our order, Bandari sandwich was not great. However, I liked their tongue sandwich. Fries plate were huge and generous.
