I WOULD'VE GIVEN THIS AN EASY 5 STARS IF IT WASN'T FOR THE CONSTANT AND I MEAN CONSTANT RUDENESS OF THE STAFF THAT WORKS THERE NOT THE OWNERS WHICH ARE BEAUTIFULLY PROFESSIONAL BUT THE OLDER WOMEN THAT WORK THE COUNTER SPECIFICALLY, THE OLDER philipina woman AND THE OTHER middle aged philipina, I AS A MINORITY IT BREAKS MY HEART WHEN I FEEL TREATED UNWELCOMED AND DISRESPECTED JUST FOR WANTING MY BAKES GOODS A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND WAY OF PACKAGED, I GET ARGUED WITH AND GET SPOKEN TO ALWAYS IN A RUDE TONE MANNER.I LOVE THIS STORE AND I'VE SHOPPED HERE FOR YEARS BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THE MORE I COME THE MORE I FEEL BAD OF AN EXPERIENCE, BUT THE DAUGHTER OF THE OWNER IS A DIFFERENT STORY SO IS THE OWNER AS THEY'RE PROFESSIONALLY GREAT AND MAKE ME FEEL WELCOME, THE PRODUCTS ARE MY #1 SO MUCH SO THAT I'VE TASTED OTHER PORTUGUESE BAKERIES PRODUCTS AND NO ONE COMES CLOSE TO R BAKERY IN MY OPINION SO I'LL LEAVE IT AT THAT.
Bought some bread today. Baked from very sour dough. Not edible.They didn't give a receipt because the bread was spoiled.
My hubby got me a cake for my birthday, the cheesecake was so fresh and flavourful.It had a very pleasant taste. Got a lot of compliments on it. I would highly recommend.Will definitely go back for future celebrations.
Needed a last minute cake so I decided to check out this bakery and it did not disappoint! The customer service was great and as was the cake. Would definitely recommend!
Tucked in the corner right next to Centra food market, would have gave a 5 *there are some staff members that are not really happy to serve. Overall very happy with food constantly being accurate with orders.
A friend of mine brought sweets from this bakery, yesterday afternoon. Were so stale, my gosh... I left two in the box and grew mold overnight.I wouldn't recommend to anyone to buy at this bakery unless is freshly baked.Very unpleasant experience. My friend felt very uncomfortable that he brought this to have with coffee after dinner.
Such a rude Cashier, omg. she was so so rude. Their service is so bad. I don't know why they work if they don't want. Everyone visiting here is looking for cake with happiness and good mood but she just ruined both my mood and cake. I will give them zero star if possible.
Very bad quality of cakes, not freshly made. Seems like they are selling olde cakes.
Can't give less than a star. Their Cake was so bad and had just egg taste and nothing else. They have rates compared to good bakeries, but the quality is not same. They should hire new staff because the present staff doesn't know how to talk to customers. They don't care if you are standing inside for 10 or 15 minutes.Wouldn't ruin one more birthday party with their cake.
I ordered a Cake from them, the girl who took my order was so rude on the call. She then put a wrong name on their paper I don't know for what reason. Overall, the cake was like they bought it themselves from dollar store.Would not recommend.
