The worst experience I had last night, June 11, 2022, in this restaurant was from the staffs a young Iranian man and a teenage white girl, who treated me very badly! When the young girl took the order and we said we only want water next to the food, she laughed mockingly and said: only water? !!!! And when she brought the food, she knocked on the table and left! There was no service on our table, not even the table was cleaned for the new customer!And the young man talked to us in an ugly tone and finally said: i give you 30% 0ff, I'm going to finish it for you !!!!!The most awful experience I saw was in this restaurant, we will never go and I not recommend you do not go to this restaurant!
Was just here about two hours to dine in… Worst dining service I have received in a while.When my friends and I arrived, we were told to sit anywhere we wanted— everything was good to start. It had been about five minutes before the waitress came over to take our order. We ordered our drinks to start and she left, but about ten minutes had passed before we had to call/reach out to her to order.Our food eventually came and someone else gave us our food, but he gave my friend my food (and vice versa) by accident. He also gave my friend coke instead of iced tea.During the time that we ate, my friends and I were never checked up on. No one stopped by to ask about the food or drinks— nothing. Towards the end of our meals, we overheard the workers asking other customers if their food was okay? Yeah, we were appalled.I first came here in February with another friend and we had a good time (we also had a different server/waitress). However, this time around was a complete 180. Not sure if I want to go back again!
These guys wanted to charge me $10 each for a UFC event.We were a table of 4.I said ok, sat down and ordered a pitcher of beer and an iced tea immediately.We were shocked to then have the waiter come over to tell us, "your final bill has to be more than $25 per person"...I have no problem spending, but I hate being FORCED to spend, AND forced to pay a coverWe felt completely disrespected and left.(We drank and paid for our drinks of course)We took our business to Boston Pizza down the road, and they treated us like royalty... No reservation, no cover and no threats of minimum consumption.We ended up spending approx $200 anyways. Spending money was never the problem.Puck n wings, get your Shhhhht together. What a terrible way to do business.
So the last time we went to PucknWings almost 6 years back it was a great experience. We went for the Half price wings tonight at 6pm. I can say this will be our last trip there. The place is so run down and old. No upgrades or any kind of modern decor. The TVs did not work. There was no music playing. The service was too bad. One server for the whole place. We placed 3 lbs of wings and they brought 2 lbs after like 15 mins of wait and then an additional 10 mins for the third set. Too depressing.
Amazing wings and the servers are great ? very social very polite my bf is vegetarian loved the vegetarian options on the menu even made a vegetarian friendly cesar cocktail which we both loved definitely coming here again
Good service from the bartenderess, but prices are steep $8.50 for a domestic pint of beer ?. It's just regular sports bar not a fine dining place. Known this place for over 2 decade's was originally Smiling Jacks then it has changed hand's over a period of times. There are plenty of other options and all walking distance if not just across the street. Back then they had a pool table, karaoke ? nights and some times band sessions..etc..
Awful service, like no one is even on the floor attending customers. Also they didn’t give us some of our drinks and when we asked them, we were told “oh yeah we sometimes forget.” This could have been avoided if they actually used notebooks. Also covid safety measures are weird. They let us choose where to sit first and then asked for vaccine proof, but didn’t even check ID? Wait is super long too, probably due to one of the employees being Dory apparently. So many other choices, don’t go here.
Absolutely no service available here at all. Paid for parking in front of the store, and left after 10 minutes not being acknowledged. The whole place is run on one staff serving and running the bar. Would give another chance if more staff is available to try out the food.
Wings are great! Amazing variety of flavors and offered with Delicious Yam Fries or Curly fries. Bar is very neat and clean. Service is good. Reasonable price.
Good for beer...not for wings. My order took forever to arrive and they got it wrong (asked for boneless but they gave regular chicken wings). Waited for an hour before I could eat. Chicken was okay but their spiciest wing sauce is not even remotely spicy. The fries were terrible, they were so cold. I'd go here again just to drink beer...that's it
