We bought Popeyes on 27June.. after having Popeyes my daughter fell very sick.. from the early morning she started to throw up.. she vomited 10 times in a single day.. she couldn’t go to her last day of school.. she also had upset stomach whole day.. she went to washroom so many times.. basically she had food poisoning.. right after that my 3 years old son feel sick and he is still sick.. he is still throwing up.. I didn’t call them cause they won’t believe me .. I will never ever go back to Popeyes no matter what.. I have no idea what they put into their food.. a big company like Popeyes has such a poor quality of food.. they should be sued..
The best fried chicken place in town...!!! Great service and their specials are worth the money.. Spicy chicken sandwich and cajun fries are my favorites....
So.. I have gotten food from here in the past, has been ok service. My one star is about the March 10, 2022 visit. It was my sons birthday, and he wanted Popeyes.. it was later in the evening .. so we ordered from restaurant. My son and his girlfriend went in. (They are both minors) When they came back to the car with the food, they were talking about how rude the staff was to them. When we got home.. we opened the bags and were about to eat when we noticed a bite out of one of the biscuits.. totally disgusting and shocked. I immediately contacted the location manager, who made it clear she didn’t believe me.. despite it being 11pm and way past my bedtime.. and having to work in the morning I drove all the way back to the store with proof! See pictures! The manager offered to replace the one biscuit, basically called me a liar, said she would check the cameras and get back to me. I wasn’t interested in talking in circles all night.. so I agreed to this. I’m still waiting for her to get back to me. There is nothing worse than being accused of lying. I wouldn’t waste my time driving over to the store for a biscuit.. it was the principal and the disgusting act of one of the employees who thought it would be funny to partially eat a customer food. The order total was about $25 dollars. Worse customer service.. stay away from this place
So have been a customer for many years in fact I used to love Popeyes but not long ago I moved near this location and after visiting this location I hate and I can’t stand it . On feb I order 3 chicken pieces plater 2 rice and beans which is what I usually order so I know how the beans should taste like , when I got home I saw this disgusting bean , full of water and oil to the top , and the smell was awful , I was too tired to go back to the store and yesterday April 10 , 2022 I went again to give them another chance , first the cashier was rude I order mayonnaise paid extra $2.60 and the girl wanted to give me 2 packs of mayonnaise I told her , I want the one from the back ,and after 3 min of back on forth she gave it to me , and I also order my usual , chicken with rice and bean , when I opened the beans they were socked in water no rice nothing , I didn’t take a picture but the point of the story is that I ate it and today I have food poisoning, I’m writing this from my bed about to go hospital because I’m feeling terrible , I usually can take sickness but This is too much , I lost a day of work thanks to Popeyes . Please don’t go eat there staff is rude , chicken is bad old , you have the risk to get food poisoning.
Worst customer service need to change the girl who works at front, chicken was old smell
Manager or the server I don’t know but she was hell rude. Doesn’t know anything about customer service at all. She should get trained.
I ordered 8 pieces of bonafride and cajun and scipy chicken sandwich and 3 sweet heat by uber eat;however i didnt get 3 sweet heat. When i called customer service that they said i need to call uber, they didnt resolve ur mistake. Ur location very bad
