IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS O WOULD!!!!!!I have never experienced such chaos while going in to order Popeyes… I visited the 6125 Yonge location on Thursday, July 14 at approximately 10pm in hopes I would receive quality service and food. I placed my order around 10:15 and was told my order would be ready in about 15 minutes so I waited outside in my car… around 10:30 I went back into the restaurant to check on the status of my order and was told I’m still waiting for the 3pc tenders I had order, I waited patiently until I seen numerous people which had ordered after me leave with their food and some customers had ordered tenders as well. I then went up to the cashier because it was now 10:40 and I have yet to receive anything, not even my drinks. The cashier proceeded to tell me that I am now only waiting on the rice and beans. 7 minutes later I received my order which had been just sitting on the counter getting cold, I was furious… something told me to check the order before I left the store and to my surprise the order was incorrect… instead of 3pc tenders cmb and 3pc chicken cmb (white meat upcharge) I was given 2 regular 3pcs chicken (ONLY CHICKEN) and 1 order of fries. I was so upset I could hardly keep my composure, I wanted to just return the the food and get my money back but, my 2 children which had already been waiting in the car for over 45 minutes were starving and cranky. I told the lady on floor which seemed to look like a supervisor or manager of some sort that my order was incorrect and I was also missing things. The girl on cash told me to keep the extra chicken as if it was some prize or just a compensation for messing up my order.. which I did not want because I knew it would go to waste but they refused to take it back… mind you I did not leave the store, I then requested fresh fries because of how long I was waiting there and the manager argued that the fries in my bag were fresh…. Mind you it was now 11pm and my food has been sitting for approximately 20 minutes. She then grabbed my bags as if I had made the mistake or have done something wrong which made me even more livid I finally received my order around 11:15pm which means I waited a whole hour for my order which had only consisted of 2 combos and 1 extra side and on top of that I was never asked what sauce I wanted for my strips or even presented napkins or condiments. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed in what I had to witness that night, it makes me never want visit Popeyes again! This is unacceptable behaviour if the restaurant is busy more than 3 people should be scheduled especially for such a popular special, management needs more training and experience because she could not handle what was going in the restaurant much less deliver professionalism or customer service/satisfaction. I was never offered a refund after waiting that dreadful hour much less given an apology. You need to train your staff on how to properly handle/resolve customer conflict because that has been the worst encounter I’ve ever experienced. DO BETTER!
Bought Tuesday special.Their special piece becoming smaller and I got chicken leg very thin, like pigeon leg. Server guy said give one more leg as if free but I got 2 pigeonleg.Don't buy special there, you will get pigeon leg size !!!
The 2 girls at the cash register and 1 guy in the kitchen working on sun. June 12 at 8pm are extremely nice and hard working people. Made sure I got my order correct and didn’t take long at all. They deserve all the best. Definitely a brunch I will be coming back too☺️☺️
Popeyes is going downhill. Every so often they wiill give you completely rotten chicken. It smells and looks horrible. Sometimes it will be 1-2 chicken in a pack, and sometimes all the chicken will be rotten. This is absolutly rediculous. I used to eat popeyes at least once a week before. Not anymore. This has been happening for the last 8-9 months.
Chicken tasted old and pie was definitely old and sitting soo long the cardboard was melting into it ? staff was nice though
*for customers & fast fast owners*I’ve been ordering here in store and through the app.Customer service is on point and well mannered.Noticed I’ve been seeing negative feedback from people but I can say this please for “customers” be patient there are good staffs working there properly and literally telling them wrong things such as “you don’t do your job properly isn’t acceptable” … bcuz they’re maintaining business, they’re telling us what’s out of stock and how they price things and how they operate … we customers we don’t see that because we just want our food being prepared right away but let’s be practical.For ex: there’s a customer also like me ordered in store but forgot an item. Called in store for the missing item hshe was told to come back to store and have it pick up.She came to store starts yelling for her missing order and yet when they asked her for proof of receipt. She wasn’t able to show and still made a scene.You know how embarrassing that is and how we represent “customers are always right”. Don’t be Karen.Tbh some of the workers there are graduated and just wanting to help out the store so that WE “costumers” have Popeyes in the area still running while we are in this pandemic.Food wise: they’re goodPresentation: on pointStaffs: friendly, nice and welcoming

Take out order. I bought a 20pc meal with a 2L Fanta on Monday . A girl name Kristina helped me she’s the only one was standing there on a busy rush hour. She was very efficient and very polite. Everything was so quick. She got everything what I needed. You should hire people like her.
Hey guys I didn’t literally put any reviews on any restaurant… but today i am review about their customers service… i went there for a classic sandwich there is a girl who take my order named like alina or something .. i don’t know well she just welcomed me like a warm smile.. in that popeyes first time i see a that type of good customer to be honest … service she just get me whatever i ordered than thank u so much … and overall u guys have so much improvement like before..
I frequent this Popeyes a lot but today was the most disappointing… how can this be called a drumstick? It was literally 3 bites.Other Popeyes are better than this location; make the drive and go to another one.
